Highly recommend!! Lovely people and the quality of pedicure and manicure I have had on several different occasions have been exceptional! I absolutely love it and wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done!

First of all, this nail salon is VERY very expensive. Like, FAR more expensive than other nail bars in the area. For the price, I was expecting something really good, and the reviews had me hopeful. To their credit, my pedicure was fine - nothing to write home about, but the polish was tidy. The acrylics with gel I had on my fingers, however, were atrocious. Each nail was a completely different length and shape, and they were SO thick underneath they looked like those rubber halloween talons you get from costume shops. They weren't even remotely the shape I'd asked for, and when I asked if they could be made more into the shape of the reference photo, I was ignored. The nail art was lazy and messy, and quite literally looked like a child had done it. For the price, it was ABSOLUTELY not worth it.

Really disappointed in USA nails.
After being a regular customer me and also friends have been recently really disappointed in service and pricing.
Although going with the correct amount of cash after checking the price lists they always seem to add on more at the till, by saying they have used “ an extra strong gel” on the nails? What’s an extra strong gel? We never asked for this. It’s happened 3 times now and it’s not ok. What’s the point in having a price list if you don’t go by it? A friend also mentioned she was charged £70 for gel hands and toes which is ridiculous.
Will be going somewhere else from now on.

So welcoming and lovely team. Get to know regulars well and always busy. Can sometimes mean you are kept waiting or the opposite, you feel rushed. Do a wide selection like SNS or shellac. They work to a high specification. Shellac usually lasts about three weeks but last time I visited only a fortnight unfortunately maybe because they were so busy and rushing to keep up with demand. Keen for customers to go with their designs so sometimes your suggestions are rebutted (even been refused a couple times) but as long as you’re firm with what you want they are accommodating.

USA Nails has been my go-to salon since 2007 and it gets better and better! Tina and Quinn are the loveliest people and have become friends over the years. My nails always look fantastic and I trust them to understand what I want and to do a perfect job! Thanks USA Nails, you are the best!

Lovely girls that pay good care and attention to your needs. I can only comment on dipping nails but I was extremely pleased with the way they lasted without a chip!

I visited USA Nails for the first time today and what a lovely team of people! Super helpful fitting me in at short notice. My nails look great too. Highly recommend.
