Old Town Nail Bar Stevenage

I got my nails done here leas than two weeks ago, I haven’t done anything major with my hands since then, but one of my nails fell off and the color of the other one is gone in edge part of the nail.
Didn’t expect that before two weeks.
I have no idea why they’re in rush! Not everyone is in a hurry, sometimes I prefer to go for my nail and enjoy my day rather than being in rush to decide the shape and colour and get finished in 30 mins to kick you out the shop when it’s not busy!

Had a great set of nails here; I had a design and they adapted the colours to what I wanted. I was impressed with the technician's attention to detail and search for perfection. Thank you so much, I am so happy with this set! All ready for my concert next week!

Had pedicure today, was done by newer member of staff.
He did it differently to how I usually have it done here, no cuticles done, no sugar soap used, no little sponges used to scrub feet.
I was just a bit miffed, maybe it’s because there new member staff?
I will see next time I go, it’s a fantastic nail bar, no other complaints.

Amazing experience at this place. Professional and efficient members of staff.

This place did a super great job! I'm super picky about my acrylics shape and it came out perfect. My pedicure was great too. Will for sure be coming back! :)

Had a new set of acrylics put on in August few weeks later had an infill. Recently I had them taken off and was upset to see that on one of my natural nails I now have a fungal infection! Dr's said this likely because the nail shop do not clean their drill heads from person to person and likely that this is how I've got it because its passed on through contact on the dirty tool heads used on someone prior with a fungal infection. I am really annoyed. Never going there again.

The best Nails Studio!!! I only get my nails done here. For many times that I've been here I've never had bad service, not even average. They are always great!!! People have always been nice. I like the atmosphere and the way the do my mani/pedi. I recommend this place to everyone!
