NEVER GO HERE!! TERRIBLE PLACE!! Had Shellac pedicure and manicure for a holiday wedding and it only lasted 3 days when it should last 2 weeks. It started peeling off when I was on the plane!! My cuticles were not even done properly. I spent £65 on a terrible service. I took pictures so that I could tell them what I got home. They were rude on the phone and hung up on me and wouldn’t even look at the pictures of how bad they did the nails. If I could give them no stars I would. Waste of money.

I advise people to give this place a wide berth. Not only are they inexperienced, unprofessional they have a deplorable attitude. You have to pay for nails in cash before completed, should have realised at that point they're useless .. who asks for payment in cash? RUBBISH TRADERS! BTW the 1 star should be MINUS 5 BUT HAVE TO MARK STAR TO CONTINUE WITH REVIEW. Trading standards should check them out as my personal experience does NOT warrant a licence to trade.

Most unprofessional , unfriendly and not particularly clean.
Definitely not recommended,even if you are desperate.They do not deserve to be in business.

Girls are friendly. My nails were in a bit of a state when I went in. Tam did a great job and I walked away happy.

My nails look lovely and it was inexpensive. No frills service.

The staff are really rude - absolutely zero customer service. The woman was pulling my hands around and ignored every question i asked. The salon is dirty and when it came to paying i did a bank transfer and despite showing them the transaction on my phone i was not allowed to leave until they had checked their own account which left me waiting 10 mins after my nails had been finished. totally unprofessional. i had a nicer experience going to the dentist for a root canal.

One of the worst places I’ve been to do my nails…poor service, rude staff…not worth going there.

I had acrylics with powder £38 she done a really good job no complaints, apart from when it was time to pay, I stated I only had card no cash and she got a bit funny like I was trying to bump it.
I only said I was going across the road to the atm she asked me to leave something , I burst out laughing saying I’m not going to do a runner don’t worry this is my regular salon, if you want five stars then learn to treat your customers with a bit of dignity and respect and not to think the worst of them!! it’s a shame… I understand you have to be cautious nowadays as some people might very well do that, but I am not like that and your Business unfortunately will not be my regular nail salon anymore.
