Really great service for me and my daughter. Our nails could have lasted much more than the week we were able to have them done. I have gardened with them and no damage! I did not alter anything and no chips at any time. We have had to remove them to return to work and school! Lovely owners. I will be back

My daughter came in today for acrylic nails. On her return she has told me that she was charged 40 pounds which surprised me as I have never been charged so much before. The nail technician also appeared to be looking after her three children at the same time and left her for periods of time while she attended to to them!!! I’m bemused and will not allow her to return.

The worst nails I have ever had. Please save you money, they are so clumpy and left polish over my fingers. Defo better nail salons in Winchester.

I have gone to these technicians a number of times before and always had an overall okay experience with the same lady, however this time I was with someone different and it was very apparent that she was rushing me. (which would have been understandable due to me being the last session of the day, but is worth noting considering the rest of the experience) I asked for a tapered square, I got what can only be described as a very botched square, the mistake in shaping would have been ok and I would have chalked it up to her not hearing me correctly but every nail is a different length and shape, with a lot of them being very uneven and flaring out at the end.
I sometimes do my nails myself but I decided to get them done professionally today so I wouldn’t have to worry about them looking ok, since I would assume a professional should be able to make them look almost perfect.
If I had paid any more then I would definitely be asking for at least a partial refund.

I am not a nail expert but I had better nails done by other salons and I don't like my nails this time, they are chunky, unflattering and they left such a gap between my nail and the gel bit that it already looks as if I had my nails done a week ago and it's been 4 days. My thumbs are different sizes and the cuticle work it's awful. Not coming back for sure. Staff is nice but the work is not the standard I expect for paying £39.

The salon was very clean, and the nail artists were all very polite and attentive, taking great care in doing my nails. A relaxing and and welcoming atmosphere - will definitely go again, well priced and so many different options! Super happy with my nails :) thank you
