Glitter Nails

Iam not sure why they let people book appointments. My appointment was at 3 and they didn’t start my nails till 5.30. I spent a total of 4 hours there which made me get a parking ticket. It took so long that they couldn’t actually finish my nails and i left with just acrylic no design. I stupidly came back the next day to get the design done and yet again waited over an hour to even get seen. They have no respect for people’s time. Such a shame because my nails were actually very nice.

I booked for a pedicure and acrylic nails. Absolutely fantastic results. Enjoyed every second. I had ombre finger nails and gel toes. Would definitely recommend their services. The nail technicians were very friendly and professional.

Had a long wait. Staff really apologetic about said wait. It was worth it. Staff really good. Love my nails. I will be back

I came by appointment, but anyway I waited for 1 hour until it was my turn. They did the extensions without a normal manicure, cuticle was not cleaned. The tools are dirty, unsanitary and zero sterility. I will not come again.

Not happy at all. Poor customer service. My daughter and a friend went to have their nails done. Showed them a picture of what they wanted and were told it would be £28. When it came to paying they wanted £38! Also cash only so my daughter had to get cash out of newsagent cash machine which cost another £1.25! Fuming! Website out of date with prices and doesn't mention cash only anywhere. Left rather sour taste with me. Would not recommend

I use glitter nails all the time, all the staff are lovely and I've never had such as 1 acrylic less than perfect nor any fall off before infills are due, the prices are also so reasonable you really genuinely couldn't ask any more!

10/10 been here a couple of times before lockdown and im glad to say they are as amazing as before. Ellie was so helpful and patient with my booking as i kept changing my mind on the time. Had a lovely chat with Ellie whilst getting my nails done. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Friendly, clean, professional, skilled technician. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank Ellie an Dave

I am really happy with my nails, but if you’re going to allow people to book an appointment, why do they still have to wait an hour to be seen? I understand it’s a busy time of year, but perhaps just don’t take bookings if people are still going to have to sit and wait for so long. On top of this, the man was pretty rude when I told him I had booked. Shame really because I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
