Diamond Nails Drayton

Well....I have been here 3 times & I am very Disappointed with my nails which I had done yesterday. I strongly feel that regardless to what you pay the service should still be the same.I made it clear to them I wasn't happy & im sad to say I will not be returning there again!!!!

I have been having my nails done by Emma for around 20yrs. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Diamond Nails for 3 years now for acrylic overlays and I cannot fault them. Emma and the team are all so friendly and chatty, always making me feel welcome. Their attention to detail is impeccable and I always leave with immaculate nails.
….They even remember how I take my coffee😁

I am not very happy with my second set of nails! I went to get BIAB ( builder in a bottle) done and it was not the result I was looking for. They cannot do it the correct way leaving my nails looking cheap and chipped, considering I payed £30 for these!!

I am also not happy about the way they spoke to me considering I’m a paying customer and only 16 years old - raising their voice while speaking to me about the price. I definitely don’t think they should be speaking to their customers like that, especially younger people.

I went there before for acrylic and was very happy with the result, but definitely not the price!! - very expensive and seems like they make up the price as they go along, going from one price to the other.

I don’t mind paying money for a good set of nails but this place is extortionate. I will definitely not be coming here again.

I have been going to Diamond Nails since they opened! Emma and her team are the best, she always fits me in and short notice and makes my nails look amazing every time.
