WORST EXPERIENCE!! After paying a resonable £32 to get a set of acrylics I left with acrylic over hanging every single nail, my thumb in pain from where he had burnt my skin a bruised under the nail, totally uneven nails, being told to keep still as I twitched when he would hurt my nails, uneven tips and bubbles set in the nails. Then told to "clean" my hands in there mouldy sink with a used towl that had obviously been there a while. After coming back in less then 24 hours later and asking for a refund to be questioned by him with an awful attitude towards me while he grabbed hold of my nails looking at them, also putting pressure under another customer asking for there advice. He then picked up some clipper and cut the nails! While telling me "some people go out to party's then come back and want a refund." I quickly put him back into place telling him I had obviously been at work all day being a Thursday night and still in my work uniform.
I advise anybody to never use this salon!!

I will never go back to this place. I went for infills and the usual lady wasn't there. There was the older man who normally looks after the employee's child there, only. Apart from filing my skin, doing a repair where the nail is now pointing upwards, the nails are shocking. He filed them so short my finger is longer than the nail, there are lumps, bumps and holes and I kept saying (nicely) that this isn't normally how my nails are done and he just said it'll be fine once he's filed them (again!). He spent 80% of the time trying to buff out the mess, and then went on to paint more of my fingers than he did my nails. I would most definitely avoid, even if you have to pay a bit more to go somewhere else. I now can't even go anywhere else to get them sorted because there's barely anything left. I just have no words about the nail pointing upwards. Appalling!

Really lovely family business, the husband and wife always do mine and my 10 year old little girls nails. The lady is really gentle with my little girl and makes her smile and that makes me happy that I can trust her to treat her right. It was nice to be able to walk in there and they helped us straight away they could have turned us away because we didn't make an appointment but they didn't they helped straight away the lady done my daughter and the man done me right next to her. It was nice that me and my daughter finished the same time and are nails looked amazing 😀 we both are very pleased and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much

Lovely place. Was a bit iffy because of the reviews, but I got my nails done maybe two weeks ago - a lovely UV green. Glows in blue light and I got so many compliments about them.

Take no notice of the negative reviews. Everyone is lovely and the lady tried to make conversation with me, even though I was being awkward. It was very sweet.

Where do I began!? I go into shop for infill and color change which was £26. The man doing my nails first did not even speak to me. He filed my nails just any type of way after I asked for sharp coffin which he was unable to do. After filed and buffed like crazy he brushed nails off and proceeded to paint. I then started to see bubbles and dots through paint, not only that he didn’t paint the entire nail he said “it doesn’t look nice. I had edges and near cuticle literally clear. Soo during the process I told him he told me he would not paint. So I finished went in the car with son and husband after 1hour and 15 and my husband said they were terrible and I felt same. I go back in to tell him he told me the dots was my hair, and he won’t paint near cuticle because it too hard. Long story short we had a huge argument in front of other customers. I asked him to do my nail correctly or give me what I paid for color. They refused told me I was the worst customer, I need to go away and not come back. He then agreed to fix my nails and started one hand that is until daughter start crying. I waited another hour and 30 minutes for him to say he’ll only fix one hand and will give me £10 back. After being disrespected and have to tend to my little I decided to take money and find someone to fix them. They told me to never come back, and I WOULD NEVER! I left one hand painted the other half paint taken off. It’s very dirty, daughter screaming, daughter sitting on lap bumping table, and them abandoning a customer to hold daughter. Very unprofessional. If I could rate 0 I would.

Great service and wonderful nails

Wish I knew about this place a long time ago! Amazing service and so pleased with my acrylic nails and pedicure. Couldnt ask for a better service. Went above and beyond and even went over closing time. Lady is so kind. Never going anywhere else again. I highly recommend this place. Xx

I should have looked at the reviews before 🤦‍♀️. I can confirm that this place is horrible. For £28 i got skin stuck to nails and sore fingernails. The edges are rough as well.
