Really bad experience! I do not work with paint! The white marks are nail polish marks that he suggested I clean with some water! The prices are quite volatile, every time I got a different price for the same service. They left me soak in acetone and forgot about me. I haven’t seen them clean the pedicure tubs with anything else but water! Avoid!

Very disappointed with the results, very rushed. Not the shape I asked for. Each nail looked different. Stunk of cigarette smoke. Payed £20 for this. Looks like they have stuck primark nails on but worse. Never will I be going back again.

Lin was great as my nails were in a real mess . Sorted me out very quickly and professionally. Shall definitely return to try out her artwork.

Charged more than the price list for eyebrow and lip wax. Happened once but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but did it again today. Won't go back now

Would not be using this shop again feel like I've been robbed went in this morning to have my nails just painted and cost me £45 pound how is this acceptable 😡

Rushed my nails so quickly when painting so nails turned out awful!! Never going back again there again and my nails ache so much(got them done today)

Didn't ask what I wanted at the start so was too late for ombre by the time they
had done the acrylics and asked me what colour. Showed them a very easy paint pattern which they kept ignoring or doing differently (even with the picture in front of them). Nail shape of acrylic is bulky and has wonky tips.

Great service very professional & friendly always welcoming staff. Never had a problem with my gel nails afterwards. Best nail bar I have ever been to for value & quality.
