Beautiful Nails & Beauty

This cost my daughter £25 for a more than poor job. They look like nails i could put on myself at home, she has glue all over her fingers, they are not shaped the same and they don't sit on her finger nail at all. She had 3 different people work on her nails, she also has air bubbles in the polish!!!! 😡😠😠😠😠. I will be going to the shop on 01/09/17, to ask for my money back and for the poor job to be removed!! As we are now away on hoilday. Plz do not use this places

Very happy with my nails! The only downside was she was slightly rough with my cuticles so I had sore fingers. Hygiene is quite low, she took out her gum from her mouth and went back to doing my nails. Other than that, £25 for SNS nails is very good!

The staff are very rude and speak little English. I have had my nails done 4 times to see if they would get any better but sadly have not. They change what you ask for, if you ask for longer they will convince you to get shorter. When I got short they charged me £25 even though it’s supposed to be £20 for shorter acrylics. Very very rude and not very good customer service. My nails have snapped between 4 days - 10 days every time. Which is poor considering they are supposed to last 3-4 weeks. They hurt my fingers a lot in which I have actually said aloud that they are hurting me and they carried on the same way. The nails are often different lengths and the painting is poor and they leave them like that even when it’s all over your finger. They try and fix it by digging there nail in which is again painful ! Overall bad service will not be going there again !

Ok so firstly- the staff were rude and spoke very little English which is kinda annoying as it’s an English salon.

Secondly- me and my friend asked if they could put a second coat on the glitter polish, they got rather annoyed by this comment and didn’t put a second layer on.

Thirdly-The nails were smudged by the woman touching them to see if they were dry and they clearly weren’t.

Fourthly- they applied the clear matte polish while the main coloured polish was still wet and smudged making it really bubbly and bumpy.

This review is my own opinion, personally the nails were over priced for what I got and I wouldn’t go back 🙁

Used Beautiful Nails for the first time today, I had never been to a nail shop before and was expecting a nice design using black, I received this for £25.
I was not talked through the experience whatsoever, even though I was clear I had never had my nails done before and the lady that did them seemed very impatient and was unhelpful with choosing a design.
I did not have explained what I was getting and when they were done I was not aware, because as per the picture, they look incomplete and messy.
I was then left stood waiting to pay for over 10 minutes as the lady who was doing my nails immediately left and started on someone else’s.
Overall a bad experience, would not recommend to anyone who isn’t familiar with nails as I was left essentially clueless the entire time.

The last visit, which was gel nails, chipped and looked awful within a week. I think I will look elsewhere next time. It seems to be rushed along a conveyor belt. Passed from one to the other. Not satisfied and would not recommend.
