Charlotte's Nail Spa

Asked for just a standard varnish, put coats on with out allowing dry time. No Top coat applied. When I was told I was finished my nails smudged. Was rudely told that I should of had shellac and it was my fault. Had to remove as soon as I got home it looked like like I'd let a child have a go. Overpriced and poor quality.

Really good service, I came in for infills as my last salon, 3 of the nails had come off. Normally at Charlotte’s nails they charge for take off and new full set but as it was my first time there, she gave me free take off and brand new set so I didn’t have to pay more for either nail repair etc. she’s really lovely and I was very happy with the outcome of my nails

Went in here as Cinderella Nails were really busy. Had shellac on my toes, was literally in there 10 minutes. Didn’t do my cuticles or tidy up any skin around my toe nails had to do this myself when I got home. Also didn’t file them into shape. Would not recommend.

I went there a couple weeks ago. They had a male nail person do it first he was very rough and couldn't even replace my nails so another person did it and he was very friendly but he struggled with the design u asked for so a female did my design and she was very rude that I said I wasn't happy with the design as it was very messy and she had to do the design 5 different times but yet when showing the design when going in they said they could do it and in the end I said u was happy as was annoyed with staff and all. Will not be going again

Very welcoming place and people. Also has a chihuahua! Always leave happy and impressed every time.

Such lovely staff, owner is amazing at what she does too! All very friendly and approachable!
This is the only shop I go to regularly to get my nails done, they always do an incredible job and I always leave with a smile on my face!

Very lovely customer service, was so sweet to me and my sisters. Was very conversational and constantly asked if we liked our nails during the process. Design came out lovely and so precise. Nails are amazing. Definitely recommend

Staff were lovely! Did my design perfectly!! Even gave us a hand-cream for new years. Would definitely go back and I highly recommend it!
