CB1 Cambridge Nails

Questionable nail art (see picture). Staff were friendly and as a weekend walk-in I was seen quite quickly. However, they didn’t do the swipe of gel polish on the end of the nails so unfortunately they chipped after 2 days.

Very good at nails. Pedicure service is not good though. Best just to have basic nails done. I had a pedicure and have been left with grated feet which are too saw to even walk on. Better training needs to be given before you can offer this service. You have caused me damage for an event I had the pedicure done in the first place. If I can upload a picture I will show you how saw my feet are. My nails look lovely though.

First go excellent, second time absolutely horrendous experience. Gone there 4 days ago; same night the color starts to crack and fell; come back the day after sorted;
same night same problem, the picture shows are they are now. Paid 41 pound for absolutely nothing. Will never come back.

I took my mom for a pedicure. We had a wonderful time. Ricky was courteous and professional. He did a great job on my mom pedi and the other guys did an awesome nail design for me as well ! It's wonderful to have such a great salon just in the neighbourhood. Best nails salon in Cambridge for sure😊

Very unprofessional and disrespectful place, went to get acrylics done which turned out very bad. I wanted coffin and the tips of my nails are not straight. I Wanted to get gel done so she used powder and my nails were as thick as a thumb. Through out the appointment I was giving suggestions as I look into detail, they were talking in their own language as if I was not there. This is very rude. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Just for one flower design remove I paid £3 more. I wasn’t suppose to be charged as it’s part of the appointment. What kind of store is this. My advice for you is don’t waste your money on these people. After i washed my hands and went back to pay no one wanted to serve me. They all started serving other people and making sure they didn’t eye contact me. This is disrespectful not only to me but to them aswell.

Absolutely appalling. Left glue all over my nails. Guy looked scared and didn't really know what he was doing. Not very friendly. I felt like a inconvenience to the staff as a customer. Got a smudge and when I asked them to fix it he said it was fine. Don't think i will go back. Not a nice atmosphere. Just felt so unwelcome and unwanted

Amazing prices however I often end up with sore/bleeding fingers! Would appreciate more care keeping product and filing gentle on skin.

Otherwise they always provide great quality long lasting nails. Literally just sore skin sometimes.

I just got my nails done today from here. I asked for black/silver chrome nails.

Unfortunately, the application was extremely messy. They left black acrylic powder on my skin around my nails. The chrome powder was not applied in the corners and the edges of my nails are extremely messy and not neat.

I paid £45 which I would definitely like back as a refund. Not very good quality for the price. I am very disappointed.

I sent them a message on Instagram and no one responded.

I do not recommend this salon for complex designs/chrome powder. It’s a waste of money here.
