Lovely nails but terrible service. I’ve been coming here for over a year and always really liked my nails.

Today, the shop was busy and it was very clear they began to start rushing nails. I noticed glitter in my French tip nails after paying and complained to which I was told “you are ungrateful” when I had just paid £50+ for my nails!! I was then ignored when I asked how long I needed to wait to have it fix, I have a baby at home so just had to leave in the end. Go, but be prepared if you have a complaint their attitude completely changes and they become extremely rude. Safe to say I won’t be going there again especially with Perfect Nails round the corner from them.

I see their response mentions parking, I asked if the car park has a grace period. They said I can extend the parking which I then did, so I was not rushing to the car. Also did I mention these nails are for my wedding…

The best nail shop in town. Honestly was so happy with the service provided. I’ve been to so many different places in Harlow but no where could please me apart from Vlondon nails. Thank you team for always being so helpful and amazing with your services. Wouldn’t go anywhere tho and highly recommend this place 👍

Went there today to get my nails done for my graduation. Requested chrome tips at the start and she agreed. Throughout the appointment she was rushing so much and throwing my hands about. She eventually done the chrome Tips which weren’t identical on my nails. I told her my whole nail has glitter, she stated that’s how chrome is however she didn’t say that in the beginning. She charged me £45 for absolute rubbish-getting my nails dissolved today. Do not recommend

I’ve been recommended this place by my sister was really happy with my nails today. Also staffs were so friendly and very chatty too make me feel so comfortable when I was sitting there for my nails. Would defo comeback ☺️

There was only a small wait to get my nails done as there were people before me but there is plenty of space to wait. I had my old gels removed and a new set, and I'm very happy with the result! There's plenty of colours to choose from and you can show a picture of what you want too and they can match the colours.

Their nails are absolutely rubbish. When I got my nails done the acrylic felt like it was burning I ignored it as sometimes with a fresh set after a while your nails arent used to the chemicals. The acrylic powder was not put on right from the bottom there was a gap after a week my nails have started lifting how does a fresh set start lifting? 2 weeks later I need a new set as 2 have fallen off & Ive had to rip 3 off as they were lifting & anything I picked up was hurting my nails. Possibly the worst nails ive gotten. The gel design was nice but the base doesnt last. If you can afford to get a fresh set every week or 2 weeks by all means go if not dont.

Enjoyed my visit. They done my 11 year old nails for Christmas and she was super happy. Gel nails with reindeer. Shall return.
