Very rude, very dismissive of any complaints, would benefit from customer care training!! Prices change depending on how busy they are! The shop is dirty and out of date, polishes watered down so not very good quality! And I don't think on my visit, not one member of staff washed their hands between clients! Disgusting!!

Quick and simple. Inconsistent but I had one staff who did a brilliant job that everyone thought i had shellac when it was pure nail polish. I guess you pay what you get so giving 4 stars. Lets face it, it is cheap and cheerful.

The worst Shellac manicure ever, the result has not even lasted for 4 days. The edges were overfilled with varnish; the tips weren’t finished properly and started cracking on day 2; my cuticles weren’t even attended apart from one that got brutally butchered. I am not sure if these should be blamed on cheap consumables, expired UV lamps or staff’s skills. They rushed me through even though it wasn’t busy and I thought it was very rude of them to talk to each other over TV in a foreign language while staring at their clients and having a giggle. Never again!

Dreadful... Not the usual place I go to but I popped in on the off-chance as I was in the bank opposite and thought I'd kill two birds with one stone. Well, I wish I hadn't because they had to do my toenails twice because the original person they got to do it, clearly had no or very little experience in nail painting so an experienced person took over and re-did my toes badly. And although the person who took over was lovely, the nail varnish on my fingernails began to chip off the next day. I'm giving 2 stars as I didn't have to wait long and the staff were polite but it was a waste of my money. I don't recommend this nail salon.

They charged me £10 over the listed price because they used a different nail polish product (which costs more) without asking me ! I won't be returning.
