Love getting my nails done there, they are the best in town!

I’m a regular customer to this salon so decided to take my mum and sister here for our holiday nails , for my mum to leave the salon upset after the way she was treated by one of your workers- It’s totally unacceptable the way she was treated! Absolutely disgusting. You need to remind your workers on how to be polite and friendly to there customers. Won’t be coming here again!

I've been in this place few times! First of all they are rude! Like very rude!! They don't even know how to treat their customers! The first time when I went on holiday my nail colour changed! Not all of them some parts of them! Second time some parts came off! And the third time both happened!!! I tried to book an appointment to remove them she said we don't book an appointment just walk in !! When I went there to remove them and talk about the problems they said you need to wait 1 hour!!!! I went couple of days later again she said you need to wait 2 hours!!!!!!! I've got a little one and job so i couldn't wait that long. There is a nail shop few steps away from this place and they are amazing!!! Polite, on time , and very helpful! I won't go to kim nails again never!!!

Always a great service at Kim's! Been going for years and so have my sisters, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

i am so sick of this place used to be a really good nail salon but they have just become greedy. The man trued to make me pay 40 pound for plain short french tips with normal nail varnish and now a week later 4 have came off. Dont come here unless ur willing to pay stupid prices for nails that dont last

My thumbs are 2 different lengths one with out a top coat put on now u can only get designs if u choose gel and ur nails are only good if u are willing to spend loads of money been going here for many years now and this is where I call it waiting for my nails to dry no one even tells me I’m done and just goes to next costumer

I get my nails really long and I don’t expect them to last as long as others but they have lasted 2.5 weeks without lifting and still look perfect!

I've used this salon a lot in the past however the last time I visited the nail tech rushed and instead of soaking off my gel polish, used an electric file. He filed too much and took off the top layer of my natural nails. My nails are now ruined. They are so thin and constantly breaking.
