The staff are lovely, they will always try and fit you in even if it's a bit of a wait. I've been going there for about 14 years maybe more and I'm more than satisfied. They do some amazing colours and the pedicures are lovely. I would fully recommend Naomi's to anyone who wants there nails done. I've always been a very happy customer.

Lovely family business. Always so kind and welcoming. Down to earth and very chatty which is nice. And of course the nails are perfect, I get sns here for such a good price, prefer here over anywhere else.

I have been a customer of this shop for 3 years now, and I have had nothing but expert, and courteous service from Naomi and her team. Their skills are second to none, but the other main reason I return time after time is the fact they do not accept walk ins when they have clients booked for appointments. Having used many different shops over the years, it is a huge plus for me to final find an owner that appreciates the clients that have booked appointment slots, and not just think of the money and accept anyone walking in. It’s disappointing to read a poor review, as has been left just recently, as it’s an inaccurate reflection of a very professional and friendly run business. My advice to anyone thinking of using Naomi’s Nails is book your appointment to avoid disappointment. Thanks Naomi for a great service.

This is one of the worse place I have ever been… They judge people by them looks! I went there and make an appointment to do my nails.. The person that asked me why am there look at me from the top to the bottom and told me that there are not any available appointments… With only two clients at the moment in the shop. It was so obvious why she refuse to book me an appointment. I did not expect that. I don’t think anyone has to be judge by the way they are driest like! It’s the worse experience I ever have…

I only gave one star because that’s the lowest option. This salon takes the mick with pricing, with service and with waiting times. £55 for the smallest nail art and acrylics not in the shape I asked for. I am a student and despite advertising a student discount - that wasn’t available to me… don’t know why. Since talking to friends and family have only heard negative things… my cousin got her face burnt during waxing and has a scar…. AVOID

Absolutely brilliant service, they spent lots of time making sure these nails were perfect. Really accommodating to doing new patterns and designs and lovely atmosphere in shop. Thank you very much!
