Love Your Nails

I went in for acrylics with my friend, they were running late and there was only 2 seats which were taken so we had to stand. Although it was cheap and the staff tried to be friendly, they didn'ttalk to us much. My nails looked good and at first I was satisfied until one week later one of them split so I had to file them all down. Another week later another one fell of and so I decided to take them all of. It wasn't very hard as they all came of very easily. It was only a couple I had to soak of. It is good if you want somewhere reasonablely priced but they don't last very long.

Really shocked at the service and how I was spoken too. Some of the staff need to learn some manners. Not good!!!

Went on Thursday (Monday now) to get a mani with gel. Yesterday my nails on right hand side started chipping and breaking. Today 4 out of 5 are chipped and/or broken. For £35 that’s really poor quality without doing anything crazy.
I am going to go back tomorrow morning to get them fixed so let’s see how that will go

Just left after a visit, have been a loyal regular customer for over 5 years. Really disappointed with the service I received and witnessed. My nail tech was being very adbrut and rude to me for no apparent reason im always friendly and grateful for the treatment. The poor girl next to me was also being spoken to very poorly by her nail tech. The attitude of the staff here needs to improve before they loose more customers to friendlier nail bars.

This place has really gone down hill. All the staff are lovey, except Jan. She is a narsasist, bully. And thinks she’s the dogs dusters nail technician. Has hurt me on a few occasions by burning with the electric file. Obviously I flinch and pull away. She rolls her eyes and slags you off in her language to her colleagues and they all laugh because seems they are scared of her. Today was my last ever visit to this place. I spend £80-90 every two to three weeks with this vile woman. All cash and dodgy money laundering no doubt. I will be reporting this also. And I to have noticed the pedicure area is not cleaned down after each client .. terrible place. Disrespectful and extremely unprofessional

3rd time getting gel manicure here and I fully recommend. They always try to squeeze you in at short notice, have a good colour selection, good attention to detail. Cash only.
