Nails were done by Jennie. Would recommend you to request appointment with her. She listened to all my requests and does awesome nail art. Results turned out great!

Very bad experience in this place, I do not recommend it! Two people attended me to make me an acrylic system, and besides, my nails were badly painted, with horrible defects!!

I have never had a worse pedicure. The technician filed the nail beds with an electric filer even though my nails were bare with no polish or gel on them. He then cut my non-existent cuticles so deep that they hurt and bled. Afterwards, he scraped my heels and that was it, the pedicure was over. He did not bother cutting or filing my nails! I was charged £25 for this pathetic service. Never going back!

Lied about wait time, lack of ability of staff, pedicure and manicure were basically just nail colour change, 2 1/2 hours later she expected me to pay £62 for services not received. 4 people walked out during the time I was there. I paid her £30 and left. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Please don’t go to this nail salon. Staff is very unprofessional and treat you like stupid.
I had panic attack when women in a last minute said she can’t do my nails as the designe I showed her can’t be done with normal nail polish(I didn’t want acrylic) she said pay more I will do it if not I am not doing it. (Even tho I double checked like X5) as I have bad anxiety and I am not able to make quick decisions that why I had all the questions before hand. And at the end was pressurised to pay more! I was brought to tears and luckily there was nice client there that said to bring me water. As she saw my panick attack was escalating. At the end she done my nails with original colour(she was just pressurising me to pay more) after that all the staff where looking at me and laughing. I felt absolutely stupid and worthless.
And paint was done very badly with lots of bubbles and strikes.

This is my local nail salon, my go to is a manicure and pedicure every two weeks. The service is great and super quick. The staff are professional and kind, they offer a loyalty card system too. They have a variety of colours and powders and the prices are very good. I love this place and would recommend to everyone!

It does get very busy in weekends and in the week after 3 so my advice would be to book in advance or go in the morning.

2nd time I’ve had acrylics here recently and they were so bad both times. Used to be so good that’s why I went back after the first bad job. Big mistake. Tips were stuck on wrong so the nails all look like they are half way from being pulled off in an upwards direction. Nail polish also doesn’t go to the edges. A very amateur job.

Really fabulous! Got my nails done here once and every time I looked at them after, it just brought immense joy!!! I will come back guys! Keep up the good work.
