Love my nails, definitely going back Laura's from now on. Would definitely recommend.

I had gone in after countless good reviews from family and friends, including a friend who had been going every two weeks for years. I had an old set from another salon taken off (I’m trying to find the best one in my area) and had new tips and polish put on. My nails are lovely but the woman who done them had cut/buffed four fingers and has cut my thumb that badly it’s infected. I will go back to see if it was a one off as accidents do happen and I was happy with all other services.

Young man done a really beautiful set of ombre nails today he did not take his concentration of my nails for the whole hour i was sat there. Very welcoming and friendly definitely be going back. thank you xx

I had a pink and white marble design with gold foil. I felt a little bad as it looked fiddly but I have never seen any nails as gorgeous and professional as these. I will 100% be going back for many more of my nail appointments! The company was welcoming. Thank you

I had to leave a star just so I could leave a review but if I could I wouldn't give any.
Me and my friend come in yesterday, she tried countless times to tell them how she wanted them but they didn't listen. She also wanted a different style but they completely ignored her.after they said they could infact do that design. Mine were pai full and felt like they were burning through my nails, not to mention I was made to bleed then they blamed me for it!! Will not be going back here ever and I'll never refer anyone here. Spend an extra few quid and save your fingers!

Decided to give this salon a try. It's a walk-in salon, no advance booking required but I have waited about 15mins before a pedicurist became available. I was then ask to soak my feet in and choose the colour i would like from the swatches. I chose two different colours and asked the pedicurist to try it on my nails just to see which one i would prefer more. However, both colours didn't suit me so i have asked for the swatches back to choose another colour. Whilst the pedicurist started scrubbing my feet, she was speaking in Vietnamese (i have asked her at the beginning where she was from) to her colleague. Few minutes after, an older colleague of hers came up to me and said i cannot keep trying the polish and have to decide from the swatches alone. She also said that the price on their board does not include polish and it will be £5 on top for the polish. I felt she's quite rude with her approach and not being able to choose the colour that I would prefer put me off already. The whole pedicure took less than half an hour all in all. It isn't only the rudeness of the staff - speaking in another language in front of me, but the pedicurist herself didn't do a good job. I tried to tell her that my toe nails are not of same length and shape and she just continued and ignored me completely. I then cancelled the manicure and left. Terrible experience!!

Felt really pampered, absolutely loved my manicure, the pedicure was so good, will definitely go back. Would highly recommend

Very professional, clean and friendly. This was my first visit to have my eyebrows & lashes tinted. Patch test was done a couple of before hand. I have made further appointments
