Beautiful Nails

I went to Beautiful nails today to get cute frog themed nails and I couldn't be happier with them! They ended up being even better than the reference picture I came in with. The staff are very talented, kind and friendly. I also went to them once before and was over the moon with how the design turnt out. Thank you so much!

After a very disappointing visit to another local nail bar I thought I'd try Beautiful Nail & I'm so glad I did.
My nails look & feel amazing, the lady who did my nails -think her name might have been Anna - was so friendly & she included a great hand massage to finish. I've found me new go-to place.

Warning to all!… Me and my three year old waiting one hour to just have her nails painted. I wasn’t told it would be that long of a wait and just told to sit down. Finally after an hour of waiting my daughter got to have her nails painted which took all of five mins. Then after an 1 hour and 20 minutes i noticed there were clumps on my nails that the woman had painted on. I was only having basic gel colour. She said after two more coats it wouldn’t look like that but the customer next to me was shaking her head thinking the same as me. Another lady in the shop said the same woman had just messed her toe nail varnish up and the man had to fix it. I’ve never seen this in all my years of having my nails done over 20 years. I left after a complete waste of my time to go and find another nails shop. No apologises, just excuses.

Been to a few nail places in Sutton & this one is by far the best staff are so lovely and friendly & take time on your nails no rushing always a A1 service and never had any problems and last til I next have to go definitely recommend 100% would not go anywhere else now.

So happy with my nails! All the staff are really lovely and checked I liked the design so I could change my mind if it wasn’t quite how I wanted it. Would highly recommend.

Been coming to Beautiful Nails for years now. Had a pedicure and a French manicure earlier this week. Really happy with the results. Highly recommend

The customer service is good, pedicure was excellent, I had hot stone and towel massage and these were great. Manicure was okay, as I was expecting better polishing and cuticle removal. I didn't find fair to be charged 2 pounds more to remove my gel polishing as if I had normal color they also needed to remove. First time I see a charge like that if you are already paying for the manicure service . They gave me £5 voucher next time and loyalty card with 20% discount on the 6th time - this is motivating! Overall good service
