New York Nails

I've been getting manicure services regularly for more than 15 years and this shop is THE WORST. The staff doesn't even have a basic skill of manicure not even being able to properly trim my nails. Not to mention of hygiene of the staff, the shop and tools. Really gross. The guy didn't even remove my cuticles when I purchased gel manicure service until I pointed out. I paid my gel manicure and walked away as fast as i can. DO NOT GO... waste of time, money and not good for your mood...

Terrible experience. Haven't had my nails done for ages and have been growing them so thought I would treat myself. They cut all my nails off. Cut my cuticleso low had one bled. See picture they just painted over the bleeding cuticle. Looks so messy I can't quite believe it

I have been using New York Nails for nearly four years now and go roughly every 4 weeks. They did my nails for my wedding, as well as an unusual request for my Dad's funeral as well as my Mum's funeral last year. In all this time I have only had one problem which the Manager was happy to sort out for me. I have acrylic tips with gel colour and these last between 4-6 weeks.
Some of the staff are not so chatty but if you do speak with them it is possible to have a conversation. Where negative comments have been given there is probably more to the story, as staff have always offered replacement nail or colouring if client is not happy.
New York will continue to do my nails every four week because they treat me well that is important.

First time getting my nails done and Ioved it ! They did the design I wanted and they look so good now ! I would recommend especially for the price !

I went in as a walk in, was served straight away. I had acrylic tips and some stickers etc done. Over a week later my nails are still as new.

Went in for the first time with no appointment, was seen to straight away. I showed the technician a picture of what I wanted and was very happy with the attention to detail throughout the manicure. Very happy with my nails.

I would give a 0 if I could. Came in as a walk in 23rd Dec - asked for something and was told no but everybody else was getting patterns for Christmas. He then kept cutting me, didn’t check nails were equal, rushed and none of the acrylic nails down each side are painted. Then charged me £30 for the pleasure of bleeding pulsating fingers! Avoid avoid avoid
