Love the girls here. Daisy is the fasted and best out them all. Although sometimes they try to hard to fit all requests in and your prevailed appointment can be delayed. But let them know you're in a hurry and they will get looking fab and out in time.

I have been so patient with this shop but this is honestly the worst running nail shop I have ever been to and I have been getting my nails done for years. When I first came here I was seen by Daisy who is amazing... But sorry the older gentlemen who I think is the owner is continuously rude to customers and doesn’t know how to run a business or how to communicate correctly. You say that you “take” bookings but you have no idea how to manage your time and the greed of walk ins becomes obvious which then delays your booked clients! You only have two staff who are actually good at sns and they look clearly over worked because your other staff are incompetent. Here’s my advice you really should take on.
1. If your to busy it’s okay... people understand! but stop lying and saying you have time or the wait is only “30 minutes” when it’s always nearly an hour!
2. When customers book an appointment manage your time properly so you can make sure they’re not waiting for a ridiculous amount of time or what is the point of being able to book?!
3. Train all your staff properly so the other girls have some proper help and people won’t have to keep requesting just certain people or get better staff.

I’m really disappointed today as I have given more then enough chances here but I won’t ever be returning or wasting my money here again and will never recommend this place again!

Best place to get nails done in leytonstone. The staff are so friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience here. It gets very busy at weekends so it’s good to get there when it opens at 10 or at least before 12. The staff are very professional and clearly know what they’re doing unlike some other, grungy nail bars. Highly recommend

This morning (for the second time) I decided to relax and have a pedicure. The place was not busy and they let me sit immediately. The guy and customer service are not best friends, but the worst part is that he was so indelicate that I had tell him twice he was hurting me. To conclude this experience, he threw on my feet freezing water. Don't waste your money!

went for pedicure and manicure yesterday, which I could of done better .myself. it was a half done job so I came back today ,and waited to be seen without any joy even though they said they would see me when I asked how long they said I was rude so they said no refund and that they would not see me. I'm now 36 pound out of pocket.

Brilliant Vietnamese-run nail bar, great quality nails for what you pay for and very affordable so being a regular isn’t a problem. Loads of gel nail colours and the SNS nails were good too, although I’ve only had them once so far so I can’t comment on consistency. Service is good, they sorted a lifting gel once with no issues, and will always try and fit people in right up to closing time. You don’t need to prebook unless you want a late slot. If it’s a choice between a £50-60 set of gels in a fancy central London place and half that price here, Classique would get my business every time. I’m glad I have this on my doorstep.

I love getting my nail done at Classique Nails but had a problem there on Friday, I went there late & ok the boss told me to come back tomorrow so I went back Saturday & there was 2 women there then they wanted to tell me to come back on Sunday, so I said no, I asked for one of your staff named Micheal but he wasn’t in, so they was still saying come tomorrow & he can do it coos they didn’t want to do my nails. In the end one of them done it only cos I said I ain’t moving until someone does my nails.
