I have been to this shop I think since open,i red many reviews and I wanted to wright mine,well,no one is perfect,some of the staff is very nice and polite and they try to make the customer happy some of them is just rude and them job is not good at all and they thinking that it is amd get upset when u asked for something else and get something completey different. Foe me the best is Alex,nice and polite and he always try to make you happy I was waiting for him 1 hour yesterday as was my choice because I knew only him can make what I want without get upset or rude to me and he done perfect job as always,I never had any complaint for him.My only concern is the prices which is not the same every time even if you do the same again and .again so I have to ask how much is it

16.7.22 I booked a pedicure and was seen on time, it was a quiet evening. It was great to see staff relaxing, chatting, laughing and getting pampered with pedicures from Van. 🙂
12.7.22 I had my nails done here as I worked nearby , luckily I didn't attempt to do this during my lunch break. They book appointments which I didn't realize however they take walk ins when they have availablity, Laurence, pleasant and helpful said it's a 20 minutes wait, which turned out to be 1 hour. Van came over and asked me to choose my colours, showed her a picture of what I'd like, her response "we don't have exact colours", I said closest colours to this would be fine, she came across unfriendly and harsh. I do understand it's been a long busy day for them but I've also had a busy hard day at work and I've waited an hour.
Van did my nails quickly which was great, she's got steady hands.

there’s no point booking to be honest i waited for an hour to be seated after my appointment time, but i understand they take walk ins nothing to be done really. Hang did ombré gel manicure for me and i was really happy i love the nails and the staff were nice and accommodating. eyelash extensions were pretty good too overall great experience

I got my nails done here yesterday and I came out feeling angry and frustrated. First of all the guy I had was not friendly or welcoming. Then I asked for cofin shape and ended up with square instead as he was not sure how to do cofin properly. He did not file my nails properly and was not very gentle with my hands. I was in there for over 1 hour and a half and I would never return to this nail shop again avoid at all costs

Weekends are super busy, bookings don’t work at these times- be prepared to wait. It can be 45mins at the very least so don’t go expecting a quick fix!
The staff are pleasant and have experience and can advise what is best for you.
I recommend the pedicure especially!

A lot of the reviews mentioned rude staff, which I decided to ignore. First mistake! I went in there to get my nails done for my birthday party the same day, opted for normal paint. Most staff seemed lovely from what I could see, however the woman that did my nails was extremely RUDE! I felt like a complete inconvenience, and she was so rough and rushing to do my nails it was very painful. I even had to pull my hand away as she had nicked me - still hurting now. She was so rude I cannot stress this enough. The polish was not evenly coated on my nails, I can see streaky gaps from where it was slap dashed on. What a joke. The attitude of the lady doing my nails and the atmosphere the whole time has completely put a damper on my mood just before my party. I will NEVER go to this shop ever again and I will be telling all my friends to avoid like the plague. I hope you other ladies don’t ignore the reviews like I did, this is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had done. I’ve never gone to a nail shop and had a bad experience before. Like never ever in all my life. This has been the first one. Having a beautiful premises doesn’t make up for dispassionate and rude staff.

Well after reading the reviews on Google I was unsure on trying this place but I gave it ago and I’m glad I did!
Lovely reception, very friendly and I didn’t have to wait to be seen which was even better.
I got everything I asked for and the guy doing my nails was very friendly which made me feel very comfortable, plus the hand massage after was a lovely extra I wasn’t expecting ☺️
Will definitely be back, Thankyou!!

I have been going to this nail shop for nearly a year and I am always happy!
They take their time doing your nails, always happy to help make a decision when you’re unsure & don’t rush you. Have had my eyelashes done here a couple times and cannot fault them! People always compliment how good they are! Highly recommend!!
