Saffron did a beautiful job on my grand-daughters nails for Prom night. A very friendly atmosphere too.

Dogs/poo/wee in a beauty salon. Not very hygienic or professional. Management very unprofessional, shouting at employees in front of customers. No one answers the main phone line. Not the best really!

Booked an appointment online. Received reminder by text and email. Told on day that person doing my nailswas on holiday. Computer blamed. Attitude from Nicola was atrocious: basically made to feel it was my fault and when I complained said 'no worries'. Obviously none for her! Clearly not her business as she really couldn't care less!

Absolutely horrendous service! Do not use this nail salon. The staff are awful especially Nicola like all the other review say. Iv been having my nails done for over 10 years and have never met a nail technician as mean and unprofessional as her! She is mean to you or blanks you from the minute you walk in. Talks to you like you are nothing is rough with your hands and keeps telling you it's your fault the nail isn't right your not holding your hand right. She kept leaving to go on her phone. Bitvhes about other clients and staff. She is just a bully and makes you feel bad about yourself. There was also a dog running around the salon and no covid steps followed correctly. Technicians had removed there masks completely or had them on their chins and friends of the technician were constantly in and out of the salon as well. I have never felt so upset after leaving a nail salon in my life.
