I only do traditional manicure and the service was great. Many ppl have asked if I did shellac and can't believe when I say it was only a normal standard manicure. Will definitely come back. Very clean and tidy as well.

The technician filed with a used file on my fingers and toes. The instruments were not sterile. They had us choose a shellac colour and then used something like it as we didn’t want shellac. We had normal nail polish and had to wait 45 minutes for it to dry. In all, an unsatisfactory experience.

Have been coming to this a few times as it’s my local - previously went to Kingston. It’s a mixed review really, whilst they make every effort to match nails to pictures… I always end up being here for two hours, which I don’t really have the time for, and today in particular got left several times, waited for around 20 minutes after my nail polish had been removed as another customer had an appointment so she apparently was priority. Once mine were painted I wasn’t asked if I was happy with the lines painted on, usually I am asked. I tried to explain things to the guy painting them but he had no idea what I was saying. :( Have left quite sad as I haven’t got the nails I hoped for, and got no apology for the wait. More inconveniently will have to go back to Kingston for a speedier more accurate job. Shame when I live round the corner to this one!

Had my nails done here around 4 weeks ago and they are still looking amazing. Friendly staff and atmosphere. They are not afraid to attempt any nail art design I gave them. Very good prices too. Highly recommended and will be back soon.

I came in for a shellac manicure and was really impressed with the results. The salon was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and patient, and accommodated my request to apply decals. They look a lot of care and completed the job to a very high standard. I will definitely come back here in future, both for manicures and to try other treatments!

First time, had gel powder nail extensions, quick, beautiful and great price!

Went to Hannah’s for the first time today for Gel manicure. Friendly clean welcoming environment. Nails look amazing. I asked for them to take care as I have weak thin nails and they were exceptional in their approach to the manicure. This will be my new ‘go to’ nail salon after using nails bars in Whitton for years. They also have a loyalty card scheme which is always welcome.
