Awful establishment.
When I asked the price the ladies kept eyeing each other up and giggling before telling me, they argued over who would do my nails and the eyelash lady was appointed to me.
Awful paint job, nails were bumpy and different shapes.
She was rushing as an eyelash appointment came in.
Got my nails done on Sunday two popped off by Wednesday.
Cheap products , untrained staff, made up prices depending on if you are a regular or not.
Went somewhere else to get new nails 3 DAYS later and they commented on how awful my nails looked.
Embarrassing.
Will never come here again and will advise everyone I know about how awful they are , take a course and perfect your skills if you wish to make a living off this.

The staff was friendly and kind. She was always happy and gave me her advice. The result is exactly what I wanted!!

This is the WORST nail shop I've been to in my entire life, and I've been to many over the years.

The woman doing my nails was clearly new and kept relying on another staff member to ask the basic questions I had about my nails. This same woman kept hovering over us and staring the entire time - when I asked for my nails not to be filed because it hurts them, she was raising her voice and telling me in a very rude tone that I should have them filed because blah blah blah. I allowed her to file it slightly, but when that horrid woman left I told the woman doing my nails not to file them. I'm a paying customer, they don't dictate what is done to my own nails.

She only used one coat of polish and multiple on the ends so even after 30mins of drying, they never fully dried and were messed up that very night. So unfortunately I had to go to the occasion the next morning with screwed up nails.

After around 2 days the acrylic had already started coming off as well. I only chose this place because all the legit salons were fully booked. Let's just say, that was my first and very last visit.

Had my nails done here Shelac £18. They slotted me in last minute. Loved my nails but they started breaking after a week. I think my nails are thin.

This place is soo dirty🤮🤮. It looks like it has never been cleaned. Definietny any health & safety rules are not follow there.

They are lovely, but practice a bit of hygiene, please.

Friendly, open late and great quality. My new local spot.
