So, my Nails are gorgeous, but I found it to be the most stressful nail experience I’ve had. I’ve had acrylics done at 6+ different places, and this was disappointing. I had changed between designs as the price list wasn’t transparent enough for my desired designs. Plus I entered with a design in mind & showed a picture and a man said oh this’ll be expensive. Like okay let me be the judge of that. Strangely, I was charged for having more colours? It was like £43 for one colour £45 for 5 colours & £50 for 10 colours. How does this make any sense man🤣.

Also the prices are definitely above average. I’ve been to a private nail tech in pollards hill (big up mica Hendricks nails), where the service is actually luxurious & I paid just the same amount but for better treatment, relaxation, and a fixed price. Highly recommend MicaHendricks Nails in pollards hill / or Millys Nails in Tooting market!!! xxxx

All nail techs working there are definitely hard workers and do a blessed job, but the management and pricing needs to be polished x10 xx

But they’re beautiful nails (though I did add the yellow when I got home as I wasn’t satisfied, didn’t feel I could ask in the shop as I was worried theyd increase prices more). So yeah not ideal but at least I tried just to know to not go again xxx

After waiting an hour to get my nails done. Nothing. No communication. They sent away customers who came after me, but decided to leave me sitting here. You really need to take into consideration people's time. It's rude and unprofessional to just waste a paying customers time. Why offer me an appointment and then make me wait for so long.

Had a really pleasant experience getting exactly what I wanted been looking for a good salon in the tooting area for a bit and I’m glad I found this one 💖💖💖 just look at the execution✅ in love

My 3rd time in and the don’t think will go to another salon in the area anymore I’m local now to this one, the staff is lovely and very efficient, able to do from simple designs like this to very exquisite and difficult ones straight off Pinterest, the price point is not the cheapest in London but let’s be real we’re paying for the quality here. Thank you for my nail design guys see you in a couple of weeks

I have been going to this nail salon for years now and a lot has improved. I love the quality of their nails and they have a lot of different designs. The staff are very friendly and professional, especially the manager. The staff really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! This is the only nail salon I go to and I would highly recommend it.

My go to nail salon in Tooting! Ask for Min in the seat nearest the window as from experience with all staff, his work is by far the best quality (great shape, never lift/break). He’s always up for a challenge to recreate whatever nail design pictures I bring in. Thanks!

1st time visiting was to get a full set wasn't completely satisfied but tried again when refill was due. It was perfect and I will definitely go back for future re-fills.
Thought I will try a pedicure, I didn't think he did a thorough job. Definitely would not return for a pedicure.

Great customer service. They’re very experienced.
£35 for gel nails and shellac colour. Also check out their Instagram they do many cool designs. I will be coming back 😁
