USA Star Nails

I had very bad experience with them. There is staff with specs there she is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to speak with customers.I showed her a pic of the design i wanted she said £28 after my nails she asked me for the £34. When i told her you said £28 now why are you charging more she started arguing with me and said give me the money or I’ll cut your nails.
She was overcharging me.

I had shellac done to my natural nails which I have been growing for a year. My feet were rushed and not done properly whilst having a pedicure. When I complained the women said no, It’s because my feet are dry in front of the shop bare in mind I did a foot mask before hand so they was baby soft. I explained I am a regular. The women said no i am not a regular. All my nails have cracked and broken and ruined badly. I have never received such bad service in the 10years I have been going. I new the shellac was not good as there was bumps and bits missing. I was absolutely disgusted. I will not be going back even if desperate, really upset me.

The Nail technicians here are very rude and lack customer service skills. The man that was doing my nails charged me £5 extra for the length of my nails which were not even long at all. I get my nails done the same length all the time and never have I been overcharged for it. Will never come back here again.

The nail technician was RUDE!!!!!
He had the cheek to raise his voice to my aunty and myself because he felt pressure from the que building up from walk ins (I booked our appointments in advance saying manicure with acrylic and shellac paint)

Showed him a picture and asked for a Nude/peachy shade, complementing my skin tone (like the picture) he suggested three shades I pink. His colleague stepped in with a suggestion to calm him down (not what I wanted but at this point I’ve lost interest)

On the phone they said £25 but in person said £32.
But for French tip that’s an extra £5 and then another £5 for designs…. Really????

Charged me an extra £5 to put two gold line details on each nail…..Now I don’t mind the amount as I’ve paid £80 for long nails, multiple colours and designs with gems in the past BUT he didn’t even do the simple design well. Blotchy thick lines all different with gaps. It was a mistake to even ask
The image had a metallic gold line yet he use glitter. A Hot mess unfortunately for me.

But the lady there was really nice and the man who suggested the colour tried.

Great value for money and the staff were friendly. One of the staff did start using wart removal gel on his foot, where they handle nails which was a bit concerning!

I am so very disappointed. I use to love this place but not anymore. Today can be considered my last day to visit this salon 💅🏻
So very disappointed with the attitude of the guy who has done my nails today as well as of his service! He was telling me that ny iPhone is poor quality and cheep as is manufactured in China and ghat I should get I don’t know what corean mobile which according to his saying it’s the best! I ended up having 10 nails 10 different shapes, lengths and designs as he wouldn’t be able to do them all same. As an excuse he said:“it’s good to have your own style” and he wouldn’t even hear when I tried to tell him I am not happy about it
I am soo upset…and disappointed!

No patience at all, everything done in rush just to get rid of costumers. No oil for the cuticles, nothing. I accidentally moved hand a bit and he goes to me: ”comeon man, don’t move!!” Very disrespectful, unprofessional and low quality. Owner was there but he wouldn’t say anything at all. First picture is what I wanted abd how my nails have been previously- both hands, each nail same design and same length and shape. Rest of the pictures are proof of what he’s done. 100% disappointed

I got my nails done here and they ruined it twice. Lady pricked my finger and was so aggressive when I told her she hurt me. The nail polishes are out of date as it was bubbly. They didn’t even shape the nails the way i wanted. Not worth it at all. They charged so much for this bad service.

Honestly the worst experience ever. Couldnt go to my normal nail salon, FiveStarNails on Coldharbour lane, cos they were unfortunately really busy so i tried this place. It was just such a mess, so uncoordinated. I was shocked at the customer service experience from the nail tech next to me. His client was struggling to speak english and couldnt explain what she wanted, he got so frustrated w her started huffing and puffing and LITERALLY DEADASS asked her “can you even speak english” then went on and raised his finger up at her and told her to shush/stop talking. Even tried to get me involved but bro I was like dont even talk to me. Disgusting manner to deal with your customers in. My nails broke within a week, the shine lasted two days and i thankfully went back to my normal nail salon. They even recognised that my nails were done using low quality products. Dont go here, just go to fivestarnails cos its literally down the road, better service and the same rates.
