The Nails Boutique - Hornchurch

I have been trying to find a place for years that I could trust to go to every month to have my nails done. I moved to Hornchurch a year ago and I only go to Jay (the owner) to get my nails done.

He is the first person I’ve trusted to do my nails properly. He also believes that if nails are to be done then they are to be done properly, therefore if he feels like it doesn’t look right or he has made a mistake, (which he rarely ever makes) he will correct it before you leave no matter how long it takes.

He is very nice and flexible in trying to make sure that everyone gets their time slot they want. Very reliable and hard working man!

His staff are also very nice!

This is overall a great salon full of hard working employees trying to make an honest living! Brilliant service and brilliant staff!

I like the nail salon, but this review is for sonas beauty which is at the back of the salon. The lady is lovely, but the eyelash extensions i have are horrible. I said i wanted natural looking lashes as i don't wear make up often, I'm left with plastic looking lashes stuck to my eyes which don't look natural at all. They are very uncomfortable, and un-even. I'm going to be removing them as soon as i get back to where i live, hoping they won't ruin my natural lashes. Definitely put me off getting eye lash extensions in the future.

The man who did my nails ruined them twice as he really filed my nails down before applying gel... from the top! Told him not to the second time i went back as that would weaken my nails to which he arrogantly replied that he knew what he was doing. He filed them down to the point where my nails stung when i put them under blue UV light. My nails are naturally incredibly strong to the point where i struggle cutting them. Now they very brittle and keep breaking and are very layered.

Jay was really thorough and helpful and made sure I got exactly what I asked for. Best set of nails I've ever had and would highly recommend this clean and professional salon :)

Been going to Jay for years. He is the only person I trust with my nails and the only person who does them properly. He also always manages to fit me in on short notice even though he is busy! Definitely recommend.

I want to express how pleased I am with the service and the quality of Nail Boutique. They are professional and friendly and I need assistance with a disability and so they are beyond helpful. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable
