Sally's Nail Bar

They were always talking in their language made me feel uncomfortable.
My acrylic was tight then they broke my nails. This is embarrassing. I’m very sad!
I went back and told the lady the situation and she said it’s my fault !
How rude!!
Then she tried to hustle me into getting my nails done again full of charge.

Have been using sally’s nails for a while but will never go back, Lan the boss has got the worse customer service, she needs to take courses on how to speak to customers in front of other customers. I booked an appointment for my birthday, and had to go to Bournemouth in an emergency, so could not call to cancel, came back, booked another appointment, came in apologizing about the situation, in the salon with so many people, she started going on about coming back have nails repaired which was so unprofessional. If my nails were not done properly, and it comes off, of course I’ll come to the original nail bar to have it fixed. With her behavior, speaking on top of her voice in her language, is another unprofessionalism , will take my service elsewhere. Customers bring business, they are literally your business, so have respect for them , keep them. And your business will grow. Good riddance to bad rubbish

Worst service ever. Talking in their language the whole time. Nail tech rushed my pedicure gave me the worst massage and then insulted me! Don’t go to this place, it’s not worth it.

Great team and great service. Attentive and thorough and give you cold bottled water whilst you wait.

Got manicure & pedicure for a special occasion but after 2-3 days there were already 4 chips including a major one on my thumb nail even though I was being careful with them. Expected them to last longer than that. Not happy and won’t be returning!

My friend and I both had our nails done here and they broke within 1-2 weeks even though we were careful with them. And they didn’t do our nails up to the cuticle or push the cuticles back

My friend and I went here to get our nails done a few weeks ago. We had the picture of the design we wanted ready before going and just had to see what colours they had closest to the picture. However, we didn’t really like the final nails as we felt like we were being rushed. 4 days later my nail broke and I was trying my best to be careful. When I looked at my nails closely I could see the acrylic on my nails were very thin one of them had a dip in the centre of my nail where it should be the thickest. Didn’t bother going back to pay to get them fixed I just got the kiss acrylic nail kit and found a YouTube video and fixed them myself it’s been almost 3 weeks since then and no nail has broken. So basically you’re better off doing them yourself or going somewhere better than going here.

I walked pass and they did the service straight away. Ladies are really nice and I liked it.
