Lovely experience with Moon. I live close by so it was my first time going to my local nail shop. The salon is very clean, and Moon is very efficient with her service. I love my nails, they are clean, precise, sparkly and cut perfectly to the size I wanted. I wanted short, pretty nails and she listened to me every step of the way. As I can be quite picky, she was understanding and did everything I asked. I love my nails! It took around 1.5 hours for both manicure and pedicure all in. And she even offered me a Vietnamese tea and small cake after my service. <3

I love being a regular at Moon Beauty! Moon always fits me into her schedule even at short notice and frequently gives me personal insight on my nail health and style. It is also very well priced for the level of care provided.

Took me 2hours to finish these nails. The colours are not even and she made several cuts which were bleeding. I don’t recommend it here

Very bad service. Took 3 hours for gel nail manicure. Paid £35. They chipped after 1 week. Told they would last one month. When I returned to get them repaired I was told I would have to pay because it had been 2 weeks, even though I explained that I couldn’t come last week

I just went here and LOVE it. Very high quality pedicure and they have extensive options of colors. The mini massages were so soothing I loved it. The ladies in the store were so sweet to me, too. I felt so comfortable. Highly recommend.

Amy was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional. It’s clear she’s an expert of her craft — I don’t think I’ve ever had such a meticulous and fast fill before! I’d highly recommend.

I don’t normally write reviews however I was really disappointed with this salon. Went to this Salon Yesterday, the ladies are very friendly, however the pregnant lady serving me did a very bad job at acrylics my acrylics were bent, I wanted an ombre, it was a messy swirl, thought the glitter will cover it up but it made it very tacky looking, I had polish all over my cuticles. I also asked if she does lash lift she said yes so I got it done (before my nails) my lashes did not lift- most salons I got to use cling film, she did not, I checked her leaflet today and it does not even advertise a lash lift on there. I called her today asking if she can refund me as I was very upset with the nails and had to paint over them just to go work, I don’t mind still paying for the lashes as she did try. She said no, however I can go in at 12pm and she will fix them, I went at 12pm and the shutters were down, I called her twice and she did not answer- I sent her a text and she called back replying they are closed due to a break in- although she failed to mention this when she told me to come in at 12pm. Very bad customer service and I would not suggest. I went L&D nails and they were kind enough to fix my nails for a reason all price and I am soo much happier with their service.

Excellent service with friendly staff at amazing prices. Very happy with my French manicure!
