I have used le fam two times now for a pedicure and manicure. I think the quality is very high, I am always getting compliments on my gel manicure, their pedicure service includes hot stone massage, food and calf scrub and moisturisation which I am really pleased with. there is one particular technician who i think is very meticulous but I will have to come back and confirm the name!

I’ve been here multiple times and I’m always super satisfied with how they do my gel manicure. They are very meticulous, gentle, professional, and they do exactly what you ask them. I can tell that they are really up to date on nail design trends and always understand what it is you want. The tools are sterilized, they open a kit in front of you so you know you’re getting a sterilized one. Overall this is one of the best places I’ve been to. Good job girls!

Pretty disappointed in my manicure. My nails weren't cleaned, no cream was put on my hands and/or cuticles and no top coat on the polish. As a result, less than 2 hours after leaving the nail bar, the polish is all striped (see picture)...

They made my cuticle bleed and did a bad job of my manicure. I asked them to fix an incomplete white tip on one nail in particular but they didn’t fix it properly. The other white tips are smudged and the texture of the nails are not smooth. It looks like a child did them. This is a shame because last time I went they did an okay job but now I have left with bleeding cuticles and bad nails. Also when I asked for a plaster they said they did not have one. Sadly I will not be going to this nail salon again as the service felt rushed and to a low standard.

It is cash only, which they do not tell you beforehand. As a result, I had to run to get money at a nearby atm for a high markup. Also, they charged 40 pounds for a gel pedicure that took less than 20 minutes with barely any shaping of the nails— my usual salon is 45 for a gel pedicure that takes an hour with nice scrubs, towels, shaping, etc. Pick somewhere else.

If anybody rated this place more than 1 star, you either own the place or are employed there. I walked in, it was a Sunday so only 1 person in there. The place is cramped, incredibly dated and worn, cluttered, dirty, all products arranged in a mess for all to see. Best of all was the welcome...non existent. The person doing the nails (even though she totally knew I was stood there) did not even look up, greet me, say hello..nothing! I stood in some horrid awkward silence until she finally grunted in some brash Chinese tone. I walked out! Go to Oxford Nails, it's £19 for refills and WAY better. Sort your act out Lefam, your competition is heads above.

Nice colour gels, but after day two, they started to chip. I thought it took surprisingly quickly to do gels, and was more ££ than I usually pay for.
