Staff were friendly and did my nails very nicely. Will be returning!

It was an awful experience the man that did my nails had the personality of a stone. He did not really speak but made grunting noises and gestures. I will never return or recommend this place to my family or frjends. I wondered why they are never busy, it is somewhere you end up if you are desperate. Never again, horrible ignorant man.Spend your money somewhere else!!

The worst set of nails I’ve had.
One of my nails I had before were already broken and the man took it off and put a new extension on it and by the end my nail looked so chunky compared to the rest.
The set I had on before coming into this shop had glued gems on it and the man who was taking the gems off looked so moody and angry when it came to taking the gems off.
And when it came to painting the nails the colour I picked the paint was dried up in the bottle and it made my nails look wayyy worse and he didn’t even ask if I want to change the colour.
I will never be going here again

Really overpriced for simple treatments, especially the fact that they miss out so many steps within their service and then overcharge you when you ask why they didn’t do them. Sorry won’t be returning, lady was nice but male was a little moody.

Staff are so rude especially the guy. No personality, rushed my nails and was extremely rough. Felt as if he couldn’t be bothered. The shape is uneven and smudged polish around my nails avoid.

went to this nail salon to get my nails done, not the greatest experience…
i asked for the lady to cut my cuticles and neaten up my nails, they still turned out messy and scruffy. i asked for shallac nails, and they turned out horrible. they were not even, the polish was all over my cuticles, and i didnt like them afterwards at all.

I had a lady called lilly who done my nails,im verry fussy about my nails omg her work is amazeing ive been to meany diffrent nal tecnitions over the years and not one has ever done my nails how i like them,she listens to what your telling her and she is the best ill defo keep going back thankyou Lilly and id give you 20 stars but they only have 5 on this review..your work is amazeing 🤗

Came here because another nail shop was really busy and this one was quiet, well I’m not surprised because the quality is shocking. I’ve been getting acrylic full sets for 9 years now and I’ve only had a nail break maybe 3/4 times in my life, and usually that’s because they were due to be redone. I’ve had TWO nails break within A WEEK of getting my nails done here. The first one they fixed after me arguing with them, the second one broke just now so I will be going in when they open and demanding the whole set to be redone. Avoid!!!!
