My whole family comes here to get our nails and lashes done. My sisters and my mum come here on a weekly basis to get pampered they have a lot of treatments which you can book in advance and you can easily spend hours here getting your nails or facials done. They have a great offer at the moment for June which makes it a bargain👍
Lovely service and staff the place is beautifully decorated and it is a nice relaxing place to be. My lashes last for weeks and looks super full and volume always get compliments when I get them done. And I am always happy with my nails I try something new every time.
Have already recommended to all my friends and family.

Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, I'm always so happy with my nails! I've used them about 3 times now and definitely plan to keep n using them!

Great place for your beauty treatments. I get my nails done here and love it every time. I love the fact they accommodate for children and are very patient with mothers with crying babies.

Only thing I’d prefer is prosper massage chairs for when getting a pedicure done as I find the seating uncomfortable. But that’s a minor if I’m being honest.

After 2 weeks my nails are awful… I had my manicure done on 18th of June…. I was thinking to let a review after that because I did not like the experience. I was the last customer, they started to vacuum and wipe the floor while I was sitting there and the manager (probably) wanted to have a discussion with the staff… I felt in a rush and maybe that’s why my nails are in a bad condition. Asked for £28 for 2 weeks nails🤷🏻‍♀️. I not gone use their services again.

Got a cold response when I visited.
Sign outside said walk ins welcome so I went in to enquire.
When I got in, there was no acknowledgement that a customer had come in.
After an awkward moment of me standing without being greeted or noticed, a staff looked up and asked me what i wanted. I needed my nails done but she said no availability and i left but will not be going back as I was not made to feel welcome at all.

Highly recommend, I got pedicure done and the ladies were lovely and the massage chairs were comfy.

First time visiting last week Saturday to get dip powder on my natural nails. They removed the previous application I had. The gentleman who did it filed exactly the shape I wanted and the thinness I preferred. One week later and everything still in tact so pretty pleased.

I was a regular and booked an appointment to have my nails done which was confirmed back to me. When I arrived for my appointment I could see that they had lots of customers there and not enough staff. I was nevertheless told to sit down but after that nobody engaged with me and took a client ahead of me who was waiting but without an appointment. I ended up leaving after 25 minutes as I felt silly sitting there with an appointment but no indication from the staff when I would be seen. I will not be back as I wasted my time with no result.
