Nails Garden

The worst. Not only they did the reverse I asked to and blamed me for not being clear (?), but they were clearly talking and laughing about me in my face. The lady also *shouted at a child* that was being... well, a child, and the mother stormed out quite rightiously. I'd rather go to Skye Nails in Hackney Central were I've been going for 4 years now, never had left a bad review.

The lady there is very rude and defensive. I went there for a manicure extension and my nails came out crooked and misaligned. The nail tops are so uneven and look very fake so when I made a comment calmly, she got very defensive and accused me for only looking for mistakes and even blamed my own fingers and skin for her mediocre nail work, the whole thing is poorly done and the nails look very fake. She also asked me where I am from and then proceeded to tell me maybe they do it differently where you are from, and she yelled in loud voice and was very racist and aggressive. Horrible service and not worth the money at all. Avoid the unprofessional service.

I had a pedicure done by the daughter who put on about 15 layers. It then didn't try properly due to all the layers and smudged when I left. I returned to the shop to be spoken to very rudely by the manager who insisted her daughter did my nails properly and like the other reviews, was very rude and defensive. She was basically blaming me for walking! Lol. Anyways, I haven't been back since, it was more upsetting and embarrassing because she spoke to me like rubbish infront of other customers. I had 2been a loyal customer since day one and I mean literally the day her shop opened anyways another customer lost!

I normally don’t put bad reviews but I felt so insulted in this place when I went there actually they lady was super friendly and polite talking to me a lot laughing I left the place happy
but after less than a week I’ve realised the lady lie to me because she said my nails will last for long and she’ll make sure it will be fine ,I told her I work a lot with my hands and she said she understood and that she always do this to other people,when I realised in that same week my nails start to come off i was so disappointed,I work with costumers and I’ll never lie like that if I know I’m not giving a good service so I felt so stupid after, my nails are broken now they look terrible and she charge me 25£ For it

Not only was the customer service disgusting, the people at the other nail salon I had to go to on the same day told me my nails are likely to fall off within the week because they’re so badly done. There’s a salon down the road that charges less and is significantly better.

Highly recommend!! First time I have been here and I am so impressed by the quality and detail. Amazing, friendly staff who even stayed past closing time to ensure my nails were finished. I will definitely be returning!

What a fantastic salon, the most kind and lovely nail technicians, big colour range, quick service and I’m so pleased with my result! Really recommend, and so convenient next to Bethnal Green tube!

Great place to get your nails done, I did both manicure and pedicure, the end result looks amazing. Stuff/owner is very friendly, great value as well. Highly recommend to use this service.
