It was the worst infill I ever done
I had to book another appointment somewhere else to fix it
They were dirty
They use same tools for everyone without even wash them!
IT IS THE WORST NAIL SALON!

Today was my 2nd visit to this welcoming salon, I usually get extensions but my workplace no longer allows. I was nervous to try something new, but the workers were very knowledgeable and gave good recommendation as to what I should try. I followed her advice, and these are the best nails I've had yet! They know their stuff, they are very polite and accommodating, and the salon has a wide variety of colours/ options too. Very happy!

I used to come here all the time, but I’ve recently I noticed that the staff rush through appointments - understandably as they are busy. However they now also lack professionalism by speaking rudely about their clients in their own language and laughing amongst themselves. If clients are unhappy with their final results, they are not willing to adjust their work without having something to say about it as they are not willing to accept with their work is poor. Very disappointing as the owner has always been great and professional. Sadly I will be finding a new nail shop.

Great nails every time. I get a gel manicure and they can do any design you show them. Always best to book ahead otherwise their popularity means you'll be waiting a while.

Try to avoid this place - they are awful when it comes to time, even when I book myself for 11am I had to wait another 30mins. They don’t care about the time, customer service (never had a water, tea or coffee offered). They are good with the skin care, but nails - just awful. Even when you wait for an hour to dry the colour, after you press the toe nail it still leaves markes - not good quality of nail polishes and they put very thick layer of the nail polish. Will never go back there

The male nail artist (older, wearing glasses) was for the most part quite standoffish and my nails came out quite thick and bulky looking... the shellac was not carved nicely enough and I'm quite upset about it. Not saying all technicians are like that as I saw the two people either side of me having nice nails and being happy. But was not asked for feedback about mine nor was it done at good standard.
Also no sanitisation that I could see between appointments. And technician used his nails to clean my nails a few times which was sharp and painful. Not even to mention no lotion at the end and quite a rushed process.
Disappointed.

I always go here for my nails, I refuse to go anywhere else. I’ve been going here about a year now. I never have issues getting appointments and the nails are high quality. I got a fresh set of acrylics on the 25th November… and they’re still on today which is 11/01. They’re obviously grown out but they haven’t chilled or lifted. If you couldn’t see the grown out part you’d assume they were fresh nails. The length between appointments is due to me being unavailable but I’m already booked in to have them done again!

I absolutely love Nails 4 U! I've been 5-6 times and they are always on time, clean and the absolute best! I always come to them with crazy nail art and they do it perfectly, I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you!
