No.1 Nails

Amazing service! No1 nails is a very fitting name! These were the best nails I’ve ever had. The staff were lovely and they really took their time! The service didn’t seemed rushed at all, everything was done with precision and excellence, you could tell all the staff members had a passion for their craft, I will not be going anywhere else!

First time ever getting my nails done, the result came out wonderful and the staff were lovely, love the simplicity of the design I ordered, though the wait after my selected booking was longer than anticipated and I found it hard to relax fully during my appointment.

Absolutely stunning nails, came out perfectly and exactly how I wanted. Even better than the reference I provided, with great artistic design. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will always come back here to have my nails done from now on, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Really recommend!!!

I always have trouble explaining exactly what I want as I’m very specific. Every member of staff is very patient and helpful, and always does a perfect job!

The only bad thing I have to say is that the polish doesn’t last long, and it starts coming off sometimes in the first week. Maybe they need a better brand.

I went along with my mum and sister to get our nails done for my wedding - we had a lovely time as the staff were so friendly, helpful and made a real effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We love our nails so thank you no.1 team!

I paid for a full set for a works event the following day. When I got home some were sparkly blue and others non sparkly. Some nails were extremely thick and looked so big. I do not get nails done often but many people have told me this is not a professional job and I may of paid full price for a trainee! I was not aware! I give two stars as they did offer me back in but it was a bit too late as the event had passed and I felt too uneasy to return. I will not get my nails done again. I feel a refund should of been offered as it’s a lot of money for poor results

Attended this morning for biab on my nails and oh my god, first and very last time I will be going. The lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I have spent so long growing them and she cut them right down!🤬 I showed her the picture of what I wanted and said only to cut the length very slightly and she cut them right down and square?! I wanted coffin as PER the picture. I questioned and she apologised but it was too late to do coffin shape due to how short she had cut them. It took her nearly 1.5hrs to prep my nails and do a plain nude colour to which she then started the glitter and white fine line but when one of the other staff members came over, she must have asked for help (didn’t talk in English) in which I complained and told the other lady I was very unhappy and that I had spent MONTHS growing them. They couldn’t have looked further from the picture! the other lady ended up rectifying what she could but I will NOT be returning. The other lady completely understood me and realised the mess she had done and was I really appreciative she did what she could. However, the cheek of the salon (after knowing how unhappy I was) charged me £37, bearing in mind, I had biab on my NATURAL nails! A joke of a place. Sort your staff out or reduce your costs MASSIVELY.

Following on from your response below, no I wasn’t happy with the silver tip OR white line as that was the reason the lady redid them - you know this! I appreciated the 2nd lady who tried to rectify very much but overall, a poor experience. Never was it mentioned that you were not charging me for the glitter and only the biab - don’t lie! 🤣 And even if that was the case, £37.00 for 2 coats of clear biab ?!?!?!?!?!?! 🤬 gets worse.
