Popped in on Sunday as it was one of the few nail salons open - wish I’d stuck to my normal nail shop. The guy has done a terrible job of my nails - had SNS on top of my natural nails. 1 - nails were all different shape and not even 2 - sides of nails were rough and not smooth all over 3 - lumpy, really fat at the base & thin at the tip
After 3 days, 2 nails chipped & cracked! Would have gone back to complain but I live in Dartford & not convienent to pop back to the shop easily.

Went in here Sunday to get my nails done as there was no shops open!!! The man did my nails all different shapes, wonkey. Then a women painted my nails so AWFUL all over my skin. Worst nails ever had!!

Reasonable prices, bit tatty inside. Chap that did my pedicure was quite nice but didn't speak much English. My pedicure was nice enough for the £20.00 strong massage !

0 was not an option so 1 star for pleasant staff, however, I couldn't be more displeased with the utter lack in quality. There was very ittle attention to detail especially if you want a natural look. Only two staff in the shop ensured my nails were done in such haste so to afford the technician to rush off to another customer. I feel cheated as my cuticles are still overgrown- my nails do not look done at all. I am so disappointed and now having to spend more money. I will go to the new shop across the road this time round. Never compromise on quality, we live in a feedback culture
