Lucky Nails

I have been received so well each time I have entered this place. The staff are friendly and they really take their time to ensure that your nails are done well. I went for something adventurous that they hadn't done before but were willing to try. The job took 2.5 hours waiting for the varnish to dry (both inside and outside of the nails) and it came out BEAUTIFULLY! I have never received such outstanding service from a nail shop - thoroughly impressed!!!

The staff greeted me politely. Love how the nails looked. One problem though the silver nail colour has turned a dirty yellow colour... And I'm not impressed with this but everything else was really good!

It's has been a week and I touched the floor to help myself get up and my little finger snapped off. And then they all started to come off so easily just he my doing normal things picking things up. They should be t come off this easily I'm not impressed now. I won't be going back there.

I absolutely love lucky nails!!! Never had a bad set of SNS!! Its very reasonably priced and Everyone is so friendly especially Cindy, Michael and Amy. I honestly don't know what everyone is moaning about, not being funny but whats it matter if you get asked for a drink? They get busy quick so tea and coffee is obviously not a priority, plus your hands are not free to drink it lol. Also i think the comment about the owner is just plain rude! Ive never had a problem with any of the technicians as they are all very professional and give you a beautiful set everytime! 100% I would recommend to anyone!!

I got my nails done the first time , acrylic placed messily , glue left all over my fingers , painted terribly (bubbles , streaks , hairs stuck in it) and then they offered me another appointment for a repaint , the painting was better but they all snapped off within a week😴 FOR £25 ! They make up prices as they go aswell. Not worth it , wouldn’t recommend for acrylics. A complete joke

It was my first time using the Salon as I was visiting my son in Dartford. Cindy is a lovely young lady Cindy and I was made to feel very comfortable from the start. She did an excellent job with my SNS nails which I have still have on 3 weeks later. Great value and choice of good quality colors. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Used to love coming here to get my sns nails always really good for me
Only thing is, is that recently it feels like it’s gone down hill a little bit and just seem to have become quite lazy and don’t seem to accommodate what you would like.

Got my acrylics done which were incredibly thin and felt weak, they broke 3 days later, there was a scratch on the paint which was not fixed and they do not look like they are freshly done . I went to get them repaired and the lady saw the colour was wrong yet still used it, the acrylic was even more thin and feel like they can snap. The length isn’t even the same as my other nails it’s so much longer so I need to cut them myself when I go home It’s also shapped thinner to my other nails as well.
