Crystal Nails

The guy who did my nails seemed so uninteredted in his work. I had a full set of acrylics and lost a nail on day 6, day 7 and day 8 !!! The shellac from my pedicure has come off the edges of 2 toes and the rest of my acrylics are barely hanging on at day 11. Huge waste of money. Even the other staff who did my design could see how bad the acrylics were and began refiling them.

I’ve had my nails done at this salon for years, I tried other salons in Barnet before and wasn’t really happy with how my nails turned out or the service.

I went to crystal nails, and I’m glad I found this great, friendly, clean nail salon, Such a lovely couple run this salon too.

The recent refurbishment makes it an even more pleasant experience.

Went to Crystal Nails previously and loved my nails each time I went. Since the pandemic I have noticed each time I have returned, the service gets worse. Today I went and was overcharged for a basic acrylic set and pedicure. They constantly wanted to sell me something after I paid for the service upfront before the start of treatment.
Will not be returning!

Time wasters. Spent 45 mins waiting to be seen after a promise of a 30 min wait. Did not manage to get my nails done. As I left another customer was waiting over 30mins in spite of having a prearranged appointment. These people have no respect for the time of others and they were not apologetic at all. Will take my custom elsewhere in future.

I've been going to Crystal nails for a few months. Everytime I visit they seem more interested in young girls nails than the mature customer. My nails were done today by one if their male staff and I have to say they look a mess. I've told my friends and posted pics on social media. If you want a professional manicure DONT GO TO CRYSTAL NAILS.

For first time I went to crystal nails and I found everyone amazing kind and caring..tony who done my nails..I was so pleased ..I absolutely love my nails...I will be using them from now on...I recommend them highly...Tina

The staff are nice, but I am so disappointed with my nails. I came back after 6 months and the workmanship has suffered. I had full set acrylics, with shellac and chrome. My nails were bulky, uneven, badly shaped. I have to spend more money to have them redone again tomorrow. When the chrome was put on the technician overdid it with the powder that they looked white in comparison to the pink, so she redid my.thumbs. I paid £37 and feel like I've been robbed. Sorry Crystal Nails, I won't be using your service again. Very sad.

Great service. On time, lots of attention to detail. Had a relaxing massage to lower legs and feet followed by a hot towel which I was not expecting. Will definitely come again and recommend. Anna was absolutely amazing. Very happy.
