Natural Nails is a fantastic nail salon, and I have been coming here for more than 10 years and have gotten excellent service every time I come. Also, my nails have always been done to the highest quality with amazing and creative design designs.

I have been a customer here for about 5 Years now. The staff are always helpful and accommodating they even stayed open after closing to ensure my nails were done well and rushed.
The new decor is beautiful too which has made a massive difference.
Always high quality finishes - would recommend.

I have been a customer at Natural Nails for over 12 years, and I would never go anywhere else! The service here is amazing, and Leo and Sunny (managers) are true professionals and perfectionists. The new modern refurbishment is beautiful, providing a great ambience when getting your nails done. I am always happy with the results, however on the rare occasion I may not be the team ensure to correct anything that is of a concern to me. The loyalty card scheme is a great idea, and you are rewarded with a discount after a few visits. Would honestly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service in Barnet.

The staff at Natural Nails will always do their best to accommodate your needs and often stay beyond closing hours to do so. I have always been happy with services provided here.

Do not let the man near your hands. The nail salon is lovely, the ladies working there are lovely but unfortunately I had the man doing my nails. He started filing the tip of my finger instead of my nail to the point it bled even though I said what he was doing is painful. As if that wasn't enough, he then aggressively cut my cuticles making another finger bleed. After this the lady took over as he had caused so much damage and bleeding to both my hands.

this place is absolutely awful. the staff are extremely disrespectful and completely change the design of nails you originally show then. the staff are also extremely rough and don’t hesitate to harshly tug on your hands without politely asking first. do not get any work done at this salon if you value your appearance in any way, shape or form. they also lack in customer service significantly and have no communication skills whatsoever.

Beautiful nail shop and my nail tech was great, he did my nails perfectly and paid so much attention to detail - Would recommend Natural Nails.

Do not go to this nailbar. Dipping powder nails fell off the next day one by one. Went to get nails via the dipping powder 2 weeks ago and one nail came off overnight , the others started coming away from the nail bed catching onto hair. I called them to tell them after 2 days and they said come in but due to Xmas I couldn’t go back. Just went to them today and they implied that I lied and told me that I would have to pay half the price to have it done again. They were rude and demanded the loyalty card that was given on my first visit. There are many other nail bars in Barnet that are polite annd helpful and I would never recommend this shop! First and last experience here!
