Do not come to this salon! Service is outrageously poor! Had shellac done, applied so thin that you can see white bits of my natural nails. Shellac lift off and caused to break two of my nails after only 2 days. Called to report about that and they scheduled another appointment in 3 days time to have my nails redone. I came to my appointment only to hear that they will fix for free two of my broken nails but won't redo the rest as it is now 5 days since I had them done and if I want my nails redone I have to pay. The edges on the rest of my nails are all off and it is clear that in no time all of them will break. What is more outrages: the fact that they charge 24 pounds for poor service that didn't last even a few days and when I had them done they said that shellac should last at least 2 weeks or longer; the fact that they do not offer full correction of their bad service or refund; or the fact that they've asked me to come in and have them redone for additional payment. OUTRAGEOUS.

Shoutout to Leigha and her team at this great salon. I have my graduation this weekend and left it last weekend, leigha kindly squeezed me in. Going above and beyond for someone is the best customer service someone can ask for! Thanks guys- highly recommend this place. X

I see Sarah for my nails, I started as a model and have been coming back for everything from long nails, short nails, square nails, pointy nails, and now I’m on my BIAB journey! Sarah is absolutely lovely, as are the rest of the ladies in the salon! She’s fab at creating the best nail art for me ! Thank you ❤️

Megan did a really good job on my infills and on trying to match my nail colour to the original which was done elsewhere, but they have a limited choice of BIAB colours. So I had to spend £7 more for gel polish on top to try and mimic the original colour. Sadly the colour is not at all attractive so I probably won't be back unless they get more BIAB colour choice.

Would like to just say a massive thank you to Naomi who did my first ever Pedi and acrylic toe/ gel nails. I am normally hugely self conscious about my feet as I have had surgery but she made me feel so comfortable and did an absolutely beautiful job, I cant stop looking at them now! This was also a practice run for my wedding toenails and she helped me pick the colours and have booked in again for the big event!! Very professional and helpful, and really good to chat to.
All the girls in that day were friendly, and very smiley and it is a lovely chilled place! Can't wait to go back in July :D! xox

I have been to the salon three times first for a manicure gel it was lovely and the technician who did them was really nice & loads of people commented on my nails.I asked about getting my brows laminated , I was told it would be a waste of my money as my brows are too sparse but I could have them tinted and waxed which I did & the shaping was really good I was impressed that they didn’t just take my mo et, both good experiences, however, the third time for another manicure was not so good the technician a third different person was very rushed used a drummel to remove & not very gentle the whole experience not so good and the mani was no where near as good as the first
