Friendly guys, good service!

unfortunately dat has left the salon, on my last visit i felt uncomfortable, as two guys were working in the salon, one mumbled the whole time under his mask, and the only conversation made was between themselves in their spoken language which the 3 of us having treatments, could not understand. I timed the conversation of 40 minutes, very un relaxing, unprofessional and off putting. I wont be back unless dat returns

Such a weird unfriendly experience. The Korean (?) boy who did my nails obviously didn't want to speak at all. He was monosyllabic. I had a manicure which was very quick and the nails looked nice enough. I then had them painted. A base coat and two layers of varnish. They looked just okay in the shop. But when I went into the street and could see them in proper daylight I was shocked at how poorly they'd been done. You could actually see the different layers and where he'd missed bits. I went home and got out the nail varnish remover and took it off. I have to presume the nail varnish they used was poor quality as there is staining on my nails which I cannot remove.

Very disappointed with my latest visit.
