Nails 4U Exeter

I've been going to this nail bar for 3 years - the first time I got my nails done was in American Nails and they were for my prom, they were disgusting. I went into Nails4U and hour after I left the first nail bar. They sat me down straight away, removed the just done acrylics and gave me a new set which were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend. I've no bad words to say about the place!

I had a family day out to crealy after having my nails done here and I caught my nail in some railings, my nail lifted from my nail bed. If I hadn’t had the gel nails on my whole nail would’ve come off. These nails are robust and High quality it’s still attached now after a month of healing and looks the same as the day I got them

, the staff were super friendly and welcoming they worked professionally and quickly this is the first time I've ever had my nails done and I'm so happy with them they look great. It was busy in there too which is a great sign but I didn't have to wait long at all I sat down at a seat and someone came to see me straight away. I'm so happy with my nails thank you nails 4 U

A very professional family run nail salon. What else can I say apart from the fact they made me and my friend feel beautiful.
Great quick service allowing walk ins. The customer service was great and the quality excellent. A wide range of colour and style options. The price also seems to be cheaper than alot of competitors in the area.
This place is cash only so remember your wallet.

I showed my design and it turned out very poorly. Left with strand of hair in my acrylics. My cuticles were filed to the point where it stung and boss man was telling me it wasn’t hurting because there was no blood. When i went back, they refused to give me a refund. They also over charged me. There was no good customer service. Would not recommend to go to this place as it wouldn’t give you any satisfaction. Avoid this place at all times, don’t bother

My Wife had her nails done here, the staff were rude, they forced back her cuticles causing pain and damaging them, when filing her nails they used a very aggressive technique causing lasting pain especially in her thumbs. They also took a chunk of flesh out of her ring finger causing some bleeding, as you have probably already guessed, they ignored this and carried on despite my wife's flinching at the pain!

After taking one look through this company's reviews, and weeding out some of the clearly fake ones, along with the old outdated reviews, it's obvious to me that their true rating is hopelessly far from 3.8, just look past the fake 5 star reviews and have a read of the smattering of horror stories in the one star area, trust me, you won't want these people anywhere near you after reading those.

Avoid this place if you value your nails, which I'm guessing you do!

I Love nails4u I've been going many years to them and they allways get what I want spot on. It's a Very kind and friendly atmosphere. And great quality for the price.

I asked for a purple ombré and instead the man gave me a blue colour. I presumed it would dry purple but it didn’t. The ‘ombré’ was of poor quality and didn’t at all looked like what I showed him. There are also random patches where there should be colour but instead are blank spaces which completely ruins the ombré effect (picture below).The price they advertise is £25 but they charged me £30.
