Excellent nails, I wouldn't go anywhere else. English is not their first language, but so what, they are very polite and eager to please. Lovely prices and great coffee. Standard of work is brilliant, so many designs and colours to choose from, had my wedding nails done here and they were perfect.

Worst nail shop ever! Do not use. My nails was done very badly. I had to pay £24 to 1st class nails in sherwood Notts to rectify the errors this shop made. 1st class nails could not believe I got my nails done professionally they thought a friend did it for me. The nails was painted very poorly and not filed down or shaped correctly. I went to complain and the owners became very aggressive and did not want to take responsibility for the nails not being done properly. The lady owner became high rate and started shouting and swearing in front of her son and customers because I said they should rectify the nails without charge or refund me part of my money. She then refused to rectify the nails even if I paid extra for them to do it. I have never been treated so badly after paying for a service. I cannot stress how poor their customer service is and how rude and disrespectful they are. I will never even look in this nail shop again. No one could pay me enough to let them do my nails again. Stay away from this place please everyone wish I could give zero stars

Always happy to help. Brilliant service and good prices. Very friendly & in my experience, go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, valued, & give you what you ask for. I have been going here regularly for 3 years and I have no complaints! The staff really get to know their regular customers & are always kind. Very popular & very busy on Fridays & Saturdays, as you would expect. Good range of services, & huge range of nail colours. Definitely recommend!

First experience here was great, Infact even the second one was however, the third experience the black polish was peeling off my acrylics after one day of having them done.. this didn’t bother me too much, I just thought I’d avoid black polish in the future as it’s never happened with any other colour but the response I had from the staff was disgusting.

Very rude, no apology and rushed getting them right again. When I tried to explain what had gone wrong / what needed fixing she kept “sssh’ing” me as she was more concerned with other customers hearing rather than actually making me feel more reassured and wanting to come back again.

Never again. Not how you treat your customers - basic manners.

Service was good. I managed to get an appointment the same day and prices were reasonable

Went for my infills as usual. They had a little girl who was disturbing all the customers. I went in for some peace and quiet. This little girl was obviously off school because she was poorly. She was coughing and sneezing right next to me. I now have a cold. You are meant to be running a business. Keep the children at home!!!

Nails are done well just no consideration for customers personal space.

Came to get my nails done and The man was very rude to me, made me feel uncomfortable through out my whole appointment I couldn’t wait to leave. He kept making little comments at me which were quite unnecessary. sounded like insults ? Laughing at me, just wasn’t nice at all. Will not be returning as your staff need some lessons on manners as they aren’t professional, not welcoming in the slightest, I left very upset ? I only came to get my nails done not to be made a mockery of… oh and my nails are longer on one hand.

TERRIBLE SERVICE workers laughing and talking amongst themselves about customers. Over charged in relation to prices advertised and picks and chooses what service gets discount. Will NEVER spend or waste my time going here again
