Happy Nails

Considerably rude. They Laughed at my nail preferences and laughed about anything I said . They also would not speak in English around me so I felt they were commenting on me and my nails prior to bursting into laughter. They also said something unkind relating to My nail length (i won't share)to my face
. The older one has a bad attitude towards working and complained about anything I asked for

I will not go here again. I was made to feel really uncomfortable even though I tried to be friendly. You should never laugh at customers

I paid £25 for a full set of nails, of which all came off within 3 days. This would usually cause severe damage to the nails, but didn’t, and shows that they weren’t applied correctly. The staff were very rude, and i was left for 20 minutes by the technician in the middle of an appointment while he went to work on another client. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I always come here to get my nails done, I've never had any problems and the ladies are very nice. The younger girls who paint my nails are very sweet and one of the ladies who is in charge / seems like the manager, is very polite. The nails are always done beautifully and if you ask then they will do what you ask for :)

Have started going here quite regularly and I have to say they are really good at their jobs and they have never let me down, I always leave with amazing nails. Just had ombre acrylics today and they look stunning!

My mum took me there this Saturday for my first time, and one of the ladies had a proper gob on her and was very rude saying she was too busy on her phone, and the man doing my nails went off because he got upset which was absolutely ridiculous.

Do NOT go here. There is no hygiene. The man that did my nails had fungal nail in both hands 🤢

So disappointed I took my 6 year old niece to have her nails done on Wednesday and this was them in the night. I paid £25 for shellac/gel. They have all completely fallen off now and so I took her back first thing this morning to explain the situation. The woman was really unreasonable and continued to say because she is small she must have picked them off and refused to re-do them. I was with her and can guarantee she didn't. The thumb had actually fallen off in the first hour!! I even showed her this picture and the time line of it. But again she continued to say she must have picked them all off how she has hundreds of clients that don't have this problem so basically she didn't care!. Anyone in this world, if you pay for a product and it falls apart are going to bring it back to the shop for a new one or a refund!!! In the end she offered to re-do just a colour for £10 which I refused as I don't feel it's fair and that I should have to pay extra for a product that clearly failed the first time! I understand she has small hands and it can happen but lower the price!! I don't even pay £25 for my own nails with BIAB!! I am so embarrassed and sorry for the all the people that were sitting there waiting to get there nails don't that had to listen to this!! I even turned around and apologized to the whole shop 🙈🙈🙈 it's sad to see how places can be just so money hungry and care less about the clients and the product!!
