This nail bar is the best in dartford. Lovely people who make you feel relaxed. Fantastic service always very happy with my nails and my pedicure. Don’t settle for second best come to the best. BB nails.

For my first time having my nails done professionally, this place made me feel super welcome. It was squeaky clean and tidy, no mess in sight. the guy that served me took his time to make sure everything was correct. A pleasant place, will be coming back soon. 😄

I like getting my nails done here it’s clean and the staff are friendly and most importantly my nails always look nice. However I would recommend you book in advance as they are always busy

Disappointing customer Service. I asked i I could get SNS nails the man told me to wait however 2 people came in after me and got served before me. One of the ladies had an appointment but the other didn't. The staff didn't say anything. I then asked how long the wait would be and if I could just come back they said that I would be next however I ended up waiting 1 and half hours. The staff didn't seem phased and weren't apologetic which made the situation worst. I would have left and gone somewhere else at the time but they made me soak my old nails for the 1.5 hours. I also showed a picture of the nails of what I wanted and the lady was quite unhelpful telling me to pick out my own colours I then just said to do normal nail polish due to the time wasted and just not being helpful. I've never had such poor customer service if they had just communicated the wait time clearly or been more empathetic then it wouldn't have been as bad. I'll be going to the other local in the area now. It's a shame as I used to be a regular customer here but seems their customer service has got worse and with the new staff.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. They are always amazing, the quality is second to none, and the shop is spotless. I have SNS which has really improved the growth and quality of my nails. You will definitely not be disappointed.

It was so easy to book online and they were really friendly and professional and there was enough space in the shop for my toddler in his pushchair. I'll definitely return after lockdown.

So previously I had given this business top stars and this is true and I wouldn't state otherwise about my PAST experience. (Previous experience above and I didn't remove it because that is how I did feel in the past) However the way I was just treated on the phone was beyond disrespectful. As a mum of 2 kids sometimes you have to cancel and I called to cancel today because I am not well and had been around someone who was unwell with covid and in no shape or form would I put the staff at risk. I was told you keep cancelling and the phone hung up on me. I didn't realise my money wasn't good enough for this place! I was so happy with them in the past I was willing to drive there despite recently moving. But not after being hung up on and spoken to that way. I didn't realise that due to ill health on this occasion and a couple of cancellations in the past due to having young kids and them coming first that it would be held against me. What a huge shame.

Best nails I ever had they take her time and staff are so kind and understanding that they give me advice bout my nails that was very good will definitely be back soon and they accept card so that a very good thing too
