Very clean, staff friendly and happy, people say about them being rushed, it may seem that way but when you have people wanted to be seen straight away no wonder it feels like that, I have to say very much enjoyed made to feel welcome and a very good job

Went here with my daughter. Didn't have an appointment but were seen within about 5mins. Did a great job. Love my new nail colour. Thank you

Very professional and clean. I was impressed that the nail technician used a disposable pedicure kit and gave me the items in the pedicure kit which I can reuse when I get my next pedicure. I had to pay an additional £2 for the kit, but I was fine with that.

Called Laura’s Nails and was able to book manicure and pedicure appointment on the day. I was there within 30 mins. Polite and friendly staff, local to me, quick service and reasonable prices. I will come again!

I had a good experience and it was £25 shellac french manicure. But she could have erase the colors but she didn't and just repaint it.

Date visited 19.06.21 - It was a bit of a disappointing experience. I had gone out after ages to get my hair done, thought to treat myself and get a pedicure done as well. Saw the salon, so walked in. The pedicure itself wasn't bad, was done ok. The lady was nice and polite. During the pedicure, besides other things the lady used a disposable kit with a disposable sponge, filer, and a toe separater. Once the pedicure was done, she gave the kit to me to take with me. I didn't ask for it. She gave it herself so I took it. I guess as it was disposable so they wouldn't have been able to use it on others so thought that's why they are giving away. When it came to payment, lady quoted it as £24 however on their board it said for a normal pedicure £22. I asked if it says £22 why are you quoting £24. There was another girl there, she jumped in and started saying oh because we have given you the disposable kit. I basically said I didn't ask for it, you can take it back. She was quite loud and almost rude saying oh we have govt guidelines etc. I then let it be as couldn't be bothered to argue and said it's ok and walked out. Honestly £2 is nothing though the attitude, approach and behaviour was highly disappointing and rude. It's that after feeling of being shortchanged really. They should have made it clear from the start about extra £2. Again it's not about the money, it's about how you treat your customers. Not going back for sure, there are many other better and friendlier options out there!
