Five Star Nails

I’ve had acrylic nails done a few times and I can’t fault them at all. Best place I’ve used and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Amazing technicians, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

You might have a nice experience here if you are NOT part of the ethnic minority.
My friend has had her nails done here a few times, never had any problems, until she had to bring her mixraced daughter to an appointment after receiving a few funny looks from the staff she was asked for her number… odd. To then receive texts saying she CANNOT come and have her nails done anymore she called up and asked why… she said her daughter can’t come, ok fine… my friend won’t bring her daughter… they still proceeded to say she cannot come even after agreeing not to bring her, “why can’t I come if I don’t bring my daughter” after continuing to tell her she cannot come because of her daughter and asking why they said we cannot say why but you need to find somewhere else to go… doesn’t take a rocket science to work this out why… disgusting people, discriminating a little girl!!! Rubbish nails too!!!!! Rubbish staff!!

Best nails in the area. We have tried them all. Lovely & friendly and try their best to fit you in.

Rude! Had an awful experience here. I highly recommend Paul's excellent nails. They were polite, friendly and did an excellent job.

Came here a few times for acrylics. They did a great job and always double check if I'm happy with length/design/shape. they dont make conversations which is great for me as I can put headphones on. Reasonably priced. Will come back - very pleased

Much better than Paul's up the road, 5star, Nothings too much trouble and they don't get aggressive if you don't quite like the colour etc (complete opposite story up the road!) They offer drinks and loyalty cards and conversation.

Really love my nails which the young lady done today. Had tips done

Went back 2.5 weeks ago, excellent service loved my colour and artwork. But sadly my own nails are not good so going for tips see if that is any better

Not got a clue what I had done other than he filed my nails then added some clear stuff then a colour, he did a nice job, but no communication, didn't even ask what I wanted. I
wanted my short nails extended

I have been going to Five Star Nails for many years now, and will never go to another salon. The staff are so lovely and welcoming in a very hygienic environment, and are always more than happy to do requested nails. They know their customers on a personal level and the whole experience is always amazing! Can’t recommend the salon enough🖤
