I've been going to this salon for over a year now and would recommend 100%. The staff always go up and beyond normal service - so creative with nail ideas and designs. Last time I went, I asked for a simple French manicure and Kimmy added an extra flower design on my nails - designed with care and style. I honestly couldn't recommend this place more!!
The staff are always so friendly and chatty - it's great value too (my gels usually last at least 5 weeks!).

Very disappointed. Booked appointment slot didn't get seen until 10 mins later.
Absolute rip off at £14!! I asked for a little extra waxed further up my forehead and it was double the cost! No sympathy or warning that it would be so much extra. Didn't care for me as a customer when I said I couldn't afford double!

I am giving one star due to the rudeness of the owner. I have been coming here for a few months, last time I booked online, however an errormessage was shown and the booking didn't go through. However, the money was taken from my account and I have shown my statement as proof. Not only she did not believe me, treated me like I am an idiot..I have sent the email with my bank statement and they didn't have the trouble to take a look. After waiting for almost 15 minutes, they finally discovered I payed, didn't even apologize and had the nerve to say it was not their fault...it is ridiculous how bad I have been treated. ,

If you want builder gel on your nails....DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! I booked builder gel for my nails and all they did was put a base coat on and nail polish, no builder gel was applied at all even though they advertise this as a service!!! They clearly have no clue what the difference is between gels!!! £50 down the drain on a service that was not provided!!! On top of that i had an appointment booked and was kept waiting for 25 mimites before i was seen to!!! Will defo never visit again or recommend, was trying to support a local business but was a complete waste of my time and money!!!

Had acrylic full set lasted a week they are so thick they have just fallen off absolute rip off took 2 hours to do and paid £40 for the worst nails I’ve ever had

Worst set of nails I’ve ever had. Kimmy left my fingers literally bleeding and to even wash my hands is incredibly sore. Messaged the salon and received no response. Will definitely not be returning.

A beautiful salon...really great experience, offered coffee or tea, cleanliness is paramount, tools soaking in barbicide, just clean airy and friendly vibe.
I've used here before and went somewhere closer to me simply as I was too lazy to travel.
I returned, obviously, as the nails are done to perfection, they're shaped beautifully, filed so they curve correctly and aren't too thick...these go seamlessly into my cuticles unlike my last set of spades that rose above my cuticle line like a tsunami.
The staff are all highly trained and skilled. They're friendly, gentle, meticulous, and it was finished with a warm oil/towel treatment which was a lovely touch. I already prebooked the in fills as I knew they are amazing, however, I think they've actually got better!

Wish there was no star option.
I had my eyebrows appt booked for 12.30 arrived to Waitrose car park at 11.50 called La nails if they have time to do manicure, Kim said yes. I said you are free now, she said yes. So I walk across the street and she said choose your colour someone will be with you. After 5 min I asked how long do I need to wait she said 10 min after 10min she started serve another customer who had appt booked for 12. I asked why did you say you are free if you are all busy. What's the point saying to me 10 min...
I said to Simon is not right, I could of done something else before by eyebrows instead of I sat there and wait to be served. Waisting my time but they don't respect someone else time.
Since I met Kim she always had an attitude, never once saw her smile, she looks down on you, like she is better than you, like she doesn't care if she serves you, because there are other customers she will have anyway... But Kim you need all customers if you want to have successfull business.
I will make sure all people I know stop coming to you and reviews are on all platforms maybe then you start respect customers, and stop choosing! Karma will come to you one day.
