Elegant Nails

Parking great. They have signs up in the shop giving details about the now complicated parking at Sunbury Cross.
I went to get a manicure. I was greeted with "sit down and wait". The lady who came in after me was greeted with "please take a seat it won't be long".
This was both by the same person.
Now the lady who came in after me is probably the same age as me - from what I could tell. She also received a hand massage whereas I got a layer of cream after my manicure.
The only other difference between us that I could tell, is that one of us is white and one of us is black.
Second time I've been here, and now I can guess why the first service was so bad. Won't be giving them my hard earn money again.

The customer service is great, they were very kind and respectful. As a regular customer every set of nails have been top notch and they supply regulars with a card that can get you a discount once you reach a certain amount of visits to the shop. The prices are reasonable and I highly recommend going here

I've been coming here for years. The service is very good and they've always managed to fit me in without an appointment. Love having a spa pedicure in the massage chair with a coffee on the side. So relaxing. I occasionly have a manicure too. Vast range of nail colours available in OPI, GEL + Shellac and many other types. You can park outside (remember to put a £1 in the parking machine if you're going to be longer than an hour - 1st hours free).

I have been using this nail bar for years now, they do get extremely busy so I tend to go for dead on 10am when they first open. I have a monthly mani/pedi with shellac and the nails always last. I love that they you get a "stamp" for every treatment and once you hit so many you get a treatment half price. Would highly recommend.

Last time I had my nails done is alot 10 years ago as they very cheap and did great acrylics.

It's good to see that the prices are still reasonable.
I had my nails done for Christmas.

When I sat down the tables and tools were covered in white nails just and the table was too, I understand how busy nail shops can be and back to back customers but it was really off putting for me(perhaps some clear storage boxes to store them so it's easier to clean in-between clients )

The acrylics were OK , not the best but fine for just a colour .
I'm not sure what was wrong but when the were painted they didn't look the best , either the acrylics were to thick or the gel was and the colour wasn't near the edge or nail bed .
I was glad that my nails didn't hurt after (when I used to have them done my nails throbbed for ages )

When I had them taken off it took a long time to file the acrylics down and It hurt....
That was a week ago and my nails still hurt and are very sensitive 🥺 I've had to paint them to stop them from being so sensitive (I'm sure this shouldn't happen).

I would like to say I'd come again as the price is good but i dont think I will

Amazing service & price! My daughter and I took a chance and very very happy we did. Prices and range of services are amazing. Word of warning- they are very busy and at times short staffed but always always working hard. I notice more rude customers than staff and nothing but professionalism and calm under stress. They are my new ‘nail people’ :)

Lovely workers , nicely cared for Christmas decorations were so cute . Also very reasonable prices .🖤

My first time at this nail shop, I usually use a different one! I'm very happy with my nails, and they are slightly cheaper than my shop, also gave me a card so every 6 treatments I get the 7th half price, the only negative is its cash only
